Obviously I doubted him... So, I picked up one of these things. Absolutely amazing! Easy set up. Very happy with this. I'm able to extend the displays, works perfect.

Went to a different store and bought two other adapters that were recommended didn't work. Went to Best Buy and they knew exactly what I needed both monitors are plugged in and working great!

This time, I chose a medium end laptop but I needed two monitors. My laptop doesn't have USB-C output, only HDMI, leaving me with this USB to Dual HDMI adapter as my only solution. It was simple to use, just plug in and it works. I checked the Windows Update to see if its drivers needed an update, and there I saw that it did. Upon restart, I noticed there's a lot of screen tearing on both monitors, and I also noticed that the GPU usage was around 50% when idle. I looked up newer GPU drivers, downloaded them from Dell's support website, and to no avail. I guess this is something I have to live with. I think this is a good alternative for those who don't have desktop tower computers, but if you have a destkop tower, just use it over this.

It works great and requires no extra power source or nonstandard connectors. Most options I shopped would only duplicate the screen unless I went with a much more expensive setup. This one is perfect.

Perfect for My 2 HDMI Monitors

Both monitors have many different display ports, but I only had one HDMI port on the laptop given by the company. I needed another HDMI port so that I could connect both monitors to the laptop. That's where this product came in handy. It was the best price for what I was looking for, and the visuals on my screen look great! I just plug it into the USB port on the laptop, and plug in the HDMI ports that are connected to my monitors. BAM! I haven't had any issues at all with this product and would buy it again. It has truly been a life saver.

My new laptop only had two ports but I had needed more. The Insignia USB and an additional adapter meets all my home-office needs. My two monitors, Alexa and Bose speakers are all powered without issue.
