I bought this printer over a year ago for my kids homeschool, and it is still working like the day we bought it! Have not had any issues with it so far and the color quality of printing is nice too.

I purchased another HP printer when my last HP printer died. It was terrible, hard to setup, print quantity was poor. I returned it and purchased the Epson EcoTank. Easy to setup. Really easy to fill the ink tanks. Prints faster than my HP did, much better quality of print, and prints high quality pictures. I have only had it for a couple of weeks but I am very happy with this printer.

This is a great printer. Reasonably priced and very easy to set up. It doesn’t use expensive ink cartridges. The ink tanks are easy to fill and inexpensive compared to the cartridges. And the ink seems to last longer and not dry up.

For ink jet printers, have been exclusively using Epsons since my first Stylus in 1994. Only thing I am going to say about them is that they are reliable and print quality is outstanding. I ordered my ET-2800 from Best Buy online to replace my 10-year-old NX-420. It was still printing fine but was starting to have a little difficulty feeding thick stock. Since my ink cartridges were getting low, decided on a new printer rather than buying new cartridges. The ET-2800 was a perfect choice for my needs.
Set-up was easy .... however, since all of my computers are are hardwired and I have no need for any wireless connections to the printer, just downloaded the drivers and utilities. One thing to note is that I initially tried something I normally would not do. When I went to the Epson site support page for the printer, it offered up the combo driver/utility package for my Macintosh (running 10.14 ... yes, a little old in the tooth, but will continue using until I am forced to upgrade). The Install Navi app would not launch, giving me an "operating system error". Went back and downloaded the individual drivers/utilities and all was fine. Printer up and running and can print to it from all my computers using printer sharing.
Next, went to the Epson site to register the printer. Registration went fine, until I looked at my registered products under my account. Basic warranty for Epsons is 1 year. But, according to its warranty policy, the basic warranty is extended to 2 years if you register the product. When I looked at my product page, it showed a start date 2 days earlier than when I even ordered the printer and an end date 14 months later. Hmm? Called Epson support to ask them about 1) the Install Navi application not launching on my Mac (out of curiosity) and 2) the reason for the incorrect warranty period. What I found was that Epson support seems to have followed the path of the support departments of MANY companies ... totally worthless. They could not come up with a valid reason regarding the Install Navi (other than suggesting my firewall was blocking it). That was nonsense. I didn't press it, since it was not really an issue. Next, even after 3 transfers, no one could explain why I was not given the 1-year extension to my basic warranty ... suggesting that I needed to purchase a warranty extension. Had to read them their policy. Finally, the third rep had to contact their "corporate" office which was going to make the change on my account manually. Okay fine. Went back a few days later to my account to check. Well, they did change it from what previously showed as a 14-month warranty period to 12 months! At this point, I was done. My credit card will cover a second year of warranty, so not worth dealing with them again on the issue.
Bottom line is Epson still makes great printers and I will continue using them. If the ET-2800 performs as my others ... at my age, it will probably outlast me.

Great replacement printer from my old HP all-in-1. I got this because of the large easy to fill intake and so far it hasn’t disappointed. Setup was very easy with the phone app and was able to install it on a my devices without any additional drivers /software. (Dell,Mac, iPhone and iPads)

I am very pleased with my Epson 2800. I like the color balance, the quality of the prints, and the ease of filling the ink. I use the panel to select various options.

I've been an Epson buyer ever since I can remember. It is one of the best brands out there that you can rely on and have a nice looking printer. I absolutely love the white color on this one and its not as huge as other printers that you may have seen. It also connects to wifi making it wireless which is an extra plus. I do have some connection issues but im not sure if its the product itself or my home wifi connection. The screen to view the different print settings is also very tiny. Other than that, its a great product and looks nice on a desk.

My first refillable tank printer. I wish I made the switch sooner. Set up was very straight forward. Not sure if it's just mine or not but the first test print had missing lines and I had to run print head cleaning 9 times to fix that. No duplex printing but not a deal breaker for me.
I would recommend this to a friend

I love the ecotank feature and I'm so excited to stop running through cartridges.
The print quality is less than I would expect from a newer machine and less consistent than my old canon.
What I most miss from canon is the automatic interface with my computer. It was a long process to set up and I still find sometimes I have to turn the printer off and on to help my computer find it.
All in all I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

So delighted with the increased ink capacity. The average print on regular copy paper looks a little muddy if lots of black in the picture, but when printed on glossy photo paper and selecting that option, it is outstanding. I am so thankful I can give up the expensive ink cartridges I purchased monthly with my other printer.

I really like my new Epson Printer ET-2800. I'm an elderly women and I can use it very well. I like the looks of it also, I'm glad I bought it. I had my daughter hook it up for me.

Had HP’s . More than kind of hate them. Did some research and came across this. Setup is… not the easiest. Way easier than HP. It’s not trying to steal your data or subscribe you to services like HP.
It flows. When I need it to print, it prints. When I need to scan, it scans. I don’t have to find older versions of programs because their official one just loops like hp. It’s well built, no bloatware. And LOTS OF INK. Well worth the cost.
