Love this printer. First time trying the bottle refillable ink. Had small issue setting up and connecting to WiFi. Otherwise, setting up was not bad.

After plugging in the printer and downloading the app, I proceeded to start the setup. Almost immediately I received an error message in the app. “We’re sorry, something went wrong. We're having a technical issue with your HP Smart setup session. We weren't able to resolve the issue and can't finish printer setup right now. Exit setup and try again later to resolve this issue. If you continue to have issues setting up, contact HP Support.” I kept getting this message after several attempts, powering down, restarting. Finally I tried to contact customer support, however it said that it didn’t recognize the serial number and product code! Unbelievable! Thankfully I was able to return.

Prints great, easy to set up. Filling the ink tanks was easy and clean, no spills.

Best purchase ever. I purchased this specifically to print photos as me and my wife like to fill our photo wall with tons and tons of photos. The 2 year free ink is a life saver for us.

Absolutely love it! I bought it to go along with my cricut machine. It prints images very well that can be applied to clothing. Refilling the ink is extremely easy. The set up was a piece of cake including linking to my wifi and PC. I researched a lot of machines before deciding on this one and it was worth all the time and the money!

This has been the best printer we have ever purchased, Easy to set up and very clear prints!

Works very well and prints clear high quality prints. Sometimes it disconnects from my laptops but the problem is easily fixed by unplugging it and letting it reconnect. Ink lasts a VERY long time

I am very happy with the quality of the printer. The copies are so clear and professional looking.

I bought it to replace a well-seasoned HP 8600 All-in-One which broke as soon as I installed NON-HP cartridges. Being HP was once an instant quality symbol. I'll see if it holds. All of the documents were printed in China, in TINY/TINY/TINY font. This unit lacks a document feeder for the scanner. But that part of the replaced unit still works well. I don't think I'll need that capability. It appears HP has designed a refill system that doesn't leak or drip. I do have a bit of colored ink on my hand, but hand washing rids that. Leaking remains a worry but, so far, I'm pleasantly surprised. My recommendation is GUARDED.

My husband and I bought this printer as my husband is currently attending college and needs to print out documents and assignments, so far the printer has been working well , we have been using it for a month and a half. The sales associate was awesome and explained to us the difference between this ink tank printer and a cartridge printer and overall it would be cheaper to buy the tank printer.

Great color printer for the cost. Wireless. Easy to replace inks.

So far have used it very little, but have been very happy with its results up to now. Had a little trouble getting it to copy a document, but found out I wasn't setting things up right. So that was my fault. Hope the ink lasts as long as they suggest!

It was probably my lack of expertise but it took me a while to set it up. An experienced person would probably not have a problem. Also waited for ink that I ordered. The printer came with black and 3 colors of ink, did not need to order. The quality of prints is great, also love having a copier. It is a little big, so that is why I am giving it a 4.
