Been working well for them and love the massive amount of black ink that the tank holds. Way better than the tiny ink cartridges.

I make sure I print a couple times a week to keep the ink from clogging. The pictures I printed look great. I mainly got this printer to print my own labels for our small business. Some say it is difficult to set up, but I had no issues. I just followed the directions and it set up just fine. Great printer and recommend to others.

I had to retire my old printer

My old HP had all but given up the ghost. I’ve always had HP printers and have always been very satisfied. My brother in law has two Smart Tank 6001 Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printers, so I bought one. The hook up was easy. And so far it has worked perfectly. I’m really enjoying printing again. Looking forward to making Christmas cards this year.

It looks like the replacement price of the ink is about the same as cartridges, so I'll be interested to see how long the refills last.

Love the ink supply bottles vs cartridges that cost a fortune. Even better you don't have to use HP Insta-Ink that costs a fortune. I had no problem scanning or copying. It looks great, is well made and quiet. Super happy with it! Set up is a breeze as well.

It has been months since I bought this, probably as much as 6 months. And it still has not ran out of ink or needed a refill. Not even the black ink.

Could have been a 5 star if only...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.HP Manual "Recommended" setup said to go to 123.hp.com to set-up. 123.hp didn't offer or recognize Smart Tank 6001 or offer setup on system. Spent 2 hrs getting HP support to fix. Be prepared for a long long setup. Once you get support (chat only,) and help them understand the issue wasn't with the printer they took over and did a great job. Loading ink was easy w/ no mess, very impressed by this. You do need to install two print heads but that was simple. Print quality, both B&W/Color exceptionally nice. Quick printing, moderately quite. FYI no USB port for USB stick. Would rate it a five if not for the frustration on setting up.
