Easy to install and so far...no problems with printing documents and photos of professional quality. Hopefully, it will continue to prove to be more just satisfactory...and last several years fulfilling my personal home PC needs.

Decent printer so far

Instructions could be better but was able to figure it all out. Prints alittle slow compared to the canon I replaced. Print quality is good. Giving 4 stars because I have not had it long enough to earn more.

Easy Setup and Print Quality is Excellent

With a promise that ink would last up to 2 years, it's a lot of help for my finances and it's included. I chose this with a paper capacity of 100 sheets because it's just for home personal use. Not a lot of printing. It's easy to setup and the print quality is excellent.

The visable ink levels are a relief to see when I'm printing large quanties for work. I've also printed art onto watercolor paper and it turned out great.

We've printed a lot of pages and it doesn't look like a dent has even been made in the ink levels. I love seeing how much ink is left on the front of the printer too. Oh and the ink was super easy to load. No spills!

The software tool to assist with setup is helpful. I understand I have to fill the ink tanks. I do not understand why I have to install the print heads. It works good so far. We'll see how it does long term.

It is in an adjacent room but begins moments after request is sent. The Ink bottle system is more convenient and economic than the cartridge system. I mainly use it as a printer but it also has a scanning function that I have used easily. Consider it as a helpful home and business tool. Sandy

Lots of errors

Every once in a while I will have trouble scanning photos in terms of having to crop the photo on the app. I have had this printer for 3 months and I was finally able to buy the hp photo paper and I did not like how my photos turned out. The photos look a bit grainy and the colors are not vibrant. In other words, it looks toned down. I don’t use the printer a lot but I do have a lot of paper jam problems with this printer. It’s so annoying that it takes a long time to fix the situation. I also get a lot of other errors. Sure, the hp app has videos that show you what could be possibly wrong with the printer and how to fix it but, there are a lot of errors with this printer. One thing I like is that I can print documents on my phone through the app, while being away from home.

Great Printer to Own as a Family

It continues to satisfy the needs for which I got it. The kids can print out their own documents as long as they are connected to the same WiFi network as the printer. The print quality is really good for a budget friendly printer.
