This is a good printer. No problems noted with this printer. Printer is a good printer that you fill with ink bottles. Printer does print on both sides of paper.

Easy to set up. Instructions were easy to follow and video was very simple and quick to set up.

This is a great printer. It seems to last very well. The print quality is awesome. My daughter used it for projects and so forth and the pics turned out nice.

This is the worst printer, copier, scanner I have ever owned. Basically, take the list of things it is supposed to do and that is the list of what gave me trouble. The HP support is useless, leaving me in endless loops of frustrating misunderstandings. The answer to every problem is to turn it off, unplug it, and start over with this working less than half the time. There isn't one thing this machine did well, and most things it didn't do at all including, would not print on both sides of the paper, would not print on envelopes, and would jam about every other print job. My first mistake was buying it on a whim, my second was spending too much time trying to problem solve it rather than returning it, until it was too late.

Excellent printer. Easy set up and simple operation. Not having to continually purchase those little overpriced ink cartridges is a huge blessing.

Good value. The ability to refill the ink is a great cost saver. Quality of print is good and front back printing works good and saves paper.

The printer is good. The customer service was excellent! As it happened, the HP rep was there when we were looking for the printer and he was able to answer the questions that the store employee struggled to answer. The HP rep set up the printer, linked is to the app, and made us aware of the trade in program that the store employee was unaware of. That sealed the deal and we were very glad he was there.

Easy to load ink. Wirelessly connected to 3 desktops and my mobile devices. Little smaller than my previous inkjet printer

The Geek Squad got me up and running in no time. Haven’t had a minute’s trouble since I started it and the ink and printer heads last a really long time. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought this printer August 15. It worked beautifully for about 6 weeks. Our WiFi network changed. Since then, the printer does not connect to the WiFi, the HP app can’t “find” the printer, the printer isn’t even able to make copies for some reason. It’s essentially useless. I have tried to get in touch with HP customer support multiple times over the last week. I cannot get a response from them, even though it’s under warranty. The return window has closed. This was the biggest waste of money. I’ll never buy another HP printer.

If you are looking for a great all-in-one printer that makes the cost of ink irrelevant, just stop and get this printer. No need to look further. It doesn't get any better than filling up tanks that feed the ink to the printer heads. 6000 to 8000 pages printed off of the ink tanks? Ridiculous. Oh, in addition, refilling all the tanks costs, at the time of my purchase, about $17, and then you get another 6000-8000 pages. Compare that to the typical dual ink cartridges that cost--for black and color--around $40 for approximately 120 printed pages. I give this printer 10 stars.

Its works good when I dont get that E4 notice. Paper jam when no paper jam. Takes a couple of minutes to boot up.

Only had printer a few weeks and it is great Waiting to see how long ink lasts with use from printing many sheets. Like it’s performance and is quiet when operating.

Easy install/setup and seems to reliably connect to our router/WIFI. I just got this printer a month ago, so I cannot speak about reliability. Seem good so far.

Excellent ink saving printer. Can print for 2 years without changing ink. Photo printing from mobile phone is easy and the quality is great.

Its almost like ot never runs out of ink! This could be operator error, but i have sonmuch trouble getting it to connect bluetooth. Now i cant get it to connect cable or wireless

I needed a printer to work from home and this one works perfectly. It’s not too big, just about the right size. Very satisfied!
