    I love HP but failed on this one. It takes forever to warm up and sounds like a trash truck emptying a commercial trash bin. After all its dramatic start up, it sits resting. And resting, resting, and resting again. The quality of printing is "eh". For me , it is ok for school, but not for a professional. I wanna a refund!

    I have had nothing but problems with this machine. Either it won't copy and print things or it won't print from my computer. I have had Geek Squad and other people come to work on it. I even had a cable connected so it is no longer wireless. That worked for a while. Sometimes it would wait for several days and then print things in queue. Geek Squad charged me $100 to come out. It is so frustrating!

    Very difficult to connect the printer to my PC laptop. Talked to 2 tech support specialists on the phone and 1 Level 2 tech support specialist on the phone and no one could make it work. The printer's small screen does not tell you much and the directions are minor. Wish I got another type of printer.

    This has been a marriage rife with complications. The instructions for set up were fairly clear. My lack of technical smarts did not help (which way to insert paper) But as to ongoing operation, I am most confused. Cannot figure out how to print in color. Yikes!
