The printer was super slow to start to print, it also folded each piece of paper 1 inch from top. Worked with support for hours and they were not able to resolve the issue. I returned it.

Don't buy. Making a simple copy doesn't work most of the time. The control panel buttons don't work. And don't bother with Best Buy Geek Squad protection - useless. Their answer? Contact the manufacturer.

Doesn't use drivers - instead an app that you have to open to print. Prints .pdfs from the app, e erything else from the program you use - still you have to go back to the app to approve printing. The app will show the printer not available when it in fact is.

Absolutely the worst piece of junk to ever be called a "printer."
You'll unbox it. You'll follow all setup directions. The problem? It requires HP Smart software in order to run. Why is that a problem? It's a problem because HP never included the Smart Tank 6000 series in their list of printer drivers. The drivers don't exist. Don't be duped into buying this printer. You'll end up stuck with a $300 paper weight.

This printer has been a horrible experience. I have spent hours on the phone with Best Buy personnel as well as my Internet provider. I am advised it appears to be a defective machine. Very very disappointed and without a printer for many days.

I don’t have anything good or bad to say about the printer, I never got to use it because when he was installing it and found out I didn’t have Wi-Fi. He told me that I would not be able to use it for what I wanted to, so I had to return it.
