HP-SMART TANK 6001
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unreliable to a Fault! Spent hours trying it set up with HP Support. Defective right out of the box. My warranty will be expiring soon but unable to spend my days with HP Support. It is not connecting to my WiFi network now after following all of the steps to get it back online. With a computer reboot, it goes offline and stays that way.

Can be frustrating.

The copy feature just stops working at random so you have to unplug and restart it often (which normally fixes the issue). It prints multiple copies at will. It is very slooooow. On a positive note, the images are clear, the ink tanks are so much better than cartridges, and it prints 2-sided (but may also print an extra one-sided that you didn't ask for).

It was dead on arrival. so I went to Best Buy and bought another one. Almost had it set up and it turned off, on, off, on, off. It's the plug where it goes into the printer. It will not on. Pretty usel3ss.
