It works great and has long battery life so you can ise it more than once a day

Cleans well and easy to set up and use from app. The ability to integrate with smart home devices and use via voice command is a fun add on. The lidar maps the house well, just be careful of any u usual areas such as fan bases that it can potentially get itself stuck on.

We love our new Shark! With the number of hours we work, it’s difficult to find time for cleaning. We let our new Shark take care of the floors - a big job with a house full of pets! And when we made our purchase, our Best Buy sales rep was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help us pick out exactly the right products.

The Shark Matrix was purchased to vacuum clean a large meeting area and has more than met the need and has freed up manpower that can be redirected for other purposes.

The Shark Robot Vacuum has made my life easier. I take big purchases pretty seriously and this is well worth the money. We have two dogs who shed quite a bit and it is so nice to now walk into my house from work and see clean floors.

I like it a lot, but hard to figure out if I can get it to clean only one whole room. It will only do a small place in a room. It is very smart though.

This is a good overall cleaner. The weird knob on the top makes it so that it no longer fits under some of my furniture (which my previous robot did) so that's a bummer. It is a bit loud as well. I do like that it has a consistent pattern to the cleaning instead of bumping into things and turning around. The battery seems to be a little lacking in this model as we have had to carry it back to dock multiple times already due to dead battery. All in all it's fine and we will keep it, there are just a few things that make me feel a little ehhhh about it.

I have one of these already, so I gifted this to my niece and it is by far the best investment ever! Especially if you have pets.

Recently put in vinyl flooring throughout my house. It’s perfect for a daily cleaning. You can select specific rooms of the home for spot cleaning or have it run once daily.

We were always on the fence about getting a robo vac because we have several dogs and they shed a lot. Suprisingly so far this unit hase been doing an excellent job. The areas the unti services are all one level floor, with minimal rugs, and no transitions anywhere.

We have had this thing for nearly a year as of now. The robot is still running as if it's right out of the box. In the beginning, when we were trying to have it map the floor plan of the house, it would t fully map the house and would think the shadows was a wall. We tried it again during the day and that had worked. The pick up power is amazing and being able to have a set time schedule for when it turns on and even being able to have to clean a certian part of the house. Even while being away from the house is a huge plus for us.

This is an excellent robot vacuum. Cleans up pet hair well.

It does a decent job overall. It certainly does not replace regular vacuuming. Sometimes it doesn’t get in the corners too well but I’m very happy with this purchase.

I really love this little robot. It did an effective mapping of the house. It keeps the dog hair at bay, which is exactly why I got it. Great on hard and carpeted floors. 5 ☆ for sure!

Very pleased with this robot for the price. Apps works great and robot keeps the house clean. I love being able to send the robot to specific parts of the house to clean.
