Our Shark has made our life so much better. Cleaning the floors was always a task with 2 indoor dogs. I would give it 10 stars if I could! Best thing since slice bread

I love my shark this is the only robot to buy. Emptying is easy robot isnt loud like others. Works great

Excellent vacuum. Sheduling amd mapping the floor, spot feature are favorite functionality. My 800 sqfeet floor is now clean every night. Got two of these.

I am not happy with this purchase. This little vacuum does what it is supposed to do, however it does a very poor job. It has to recharge at least once, if not twice, during the morning scheduled clean - which means it takes ALL DAY to complete. It takes up to 3 hours to charge each time. The self cleaning brush roll is a joke, as it gets clogged often, but it will also stop and show a brush roll error in the App - even if it's not clogged. It is also much louder than I anticipated while running. I will give it credit for having a user friendly App and it was good at mapping my home the first try. But it is absolutely not worth the money and I will be looking outside of the Shark brand for a replacement.

Pretty good job! App is nice as well. I like that when it runs into an object it tells you on the app and makes an announcement!

I love how my carpet feels so clean every day! The vacuum does a great job making straight lines too! The app is great, I could make a temporary “no-go-zone” while our Christmas tree was up to avoid vacuum mishaps!

The quality and the price is great . I already have a shark that's over 7 years old still running . Now purchased this one couldn't pass up the deal.

Love it!! This vacuum is 100% better than my old Roomba! Doesnt get stuck under stuff and cleans in straight line instead of randomly. Wish I had not waited to replace my old robot!

Had a best buy gift card and this was on sale. I have always wanted one and it was the best purchase ever. It’s like having an assistant that can vacuum the house while you’re doing other things. I love it!!

We love the Shark. It’s helped with our allergies by frequently vacuuming up the pet hair. We run it at least once a day. Don’t know how we got along without it!

This is a great unit. I upgraded to a self emptying unit, the only minor complaint is that it’s slightly louder than my previous unit.

I managed to get this on sale for $300. At that price point i love it. Everything works great except for the object avoidance. It is nonexistant. Tables and chairs, larger items are fine, but if there is anything on the floor, bags, shoes, it will just keep pushing it around. I have a couple boot trays around my place and it will just keep pushing it all over the place. If i paid full price i would not be enthused.

Nice to not have to sweep daily with 4 dogs. But make sure floor is cleared of anything that might get stuck like socks etc also dust bin often gets clogged.

Looked at several different robot vacuums. I read reviews and did a lot of research. Went with this one and I think it was the best choice for the price range and features. Had better reviews than the more popular robots with the same features. And best buy orice matched the competitors deal.

Works well. Pet fur is an issue as the roller gets stuck/clogged. I wish it had 2 corner sweepers and not just one. Not a bad vacuum, just not meant for a home with 2 dogs and 2 cats!
