I purchased this on a whim, because I was so disappointed in my 2 Roombas. This robot beats Roomba hands down. The self emptying feature is far better than the the Roomba J13. No filters to deal with and most importantly, it doesnt get stuck under furniture. I have 2 dogs and this vacuum does the job. I love it so much, that I bought one for my daughter for Christmas. Highly recommend!

wonderful little robohelper. Does well even over throw rugs and slightly differing floor elevations. Easy setup and operation. Really helps keep my house clean when I don't have time too.

The vacuum works well but needs a little help in the corners. The mapping feature is a great tool for cleaning specific areas that you designate. Overall we are happy wiyh the product.

If I could give this vacuum a million stars I would. I purchased this vacuum for our downstairs, but I plan to purchase another one for upstairs. Set up was a breeze. We have a dog that constantly sheds and I couldn’t keep up. I was drawn to this because of the mapping and self-emptying features. I run this vacuum daily because it’s fun and new, but I think that’s probably a smart idea if you have a dog that sheds. I will say that if you do deal with shedding, you probably want to empty the bin once a week. The mapping was very impressive and the vacuum mapped my entire 1200sq foot downstairs area in about 8 minutes and was 100% accurate. I love how you can choose the power level of the vacuuming. I also love how I can control when it vacuums from my job, so I can come home to a clean house.

when it works, it's great. It jams consistently and has all kinds of different error messages. Shark customer service is terrible; Bissel will help fix issues.

She is awesome. Mapped out the house easily. Simple to send to any or all room. She does go back to charge a few times if she has to do the whole house but always seems to find her way back to where she was to finish the job. Easily goes from hard floor to rugs and carpet.

My review is based on App features. As an overall cleaning it does a well job. It runs on schedule, returns to base, empties and continues. It goes back to dock and charges. No issues. My disappointment is with the feature of the app. You cannot schedule individual rooms. You cannot have multiple schedules. I currently have a less expensive robot vacuum that has this feature. I’ve had other brands and this is a common feature.

At first it took a few days i think to learn the wifi and connection to the app it was very finicky but after that and ever since it has done everything its supposed to do! I use it for scheudles and its nice to be able to start it from anywhere. Does a great job and never misses a spot.

Ok had this for about 3 weeks. Honest review. I give this 4.5 stars. It cleans very well, does what it is intended to do. However, I’ve had connectivity issues from the phone to device and had to reset it twice in the first week of owning it. I also had my modem (xfinity) disconnect and the device needed to be connected manually. A little frustrating at first since I’m still trying to understand the unit. But for $438 (out the door) I expect a unit like this to not have issues like that. In conclusion, it does what I tell it to do. The trash portion is so easy to remove and dump I can’t ask for more. Hope this helps.

Love this vacuum. Don’t have to worry about emptying the tray after every vacuum and it doesn’t run over my pug dog that’s to lazy to move out of the way.

I love this vacuum. I previously had the mop and vacuum. The mop broke within a couple months. This one cleans so much better. And the self empty feature is great. I have 2 dogs and a cat, and this keeps the hair to a minimum.

I previously had the Matrix non-self emptying which worked amazing I was very happy with it. This one went on sale the self-empting and I decided I would try that one again it is amazing. This little thing cleans so well in between the deep cleans that you do. It gets the corners really well and it does what it's supposed to. I actually bought one for both of my daughters! I love Shark, they make excellent products.

Wife loves her clean floors, I love getting nagged less :) Keeps up with our fur children that shed constantly & goes around any of their toys, our shoes. Easy to setup. Wish we bought one sooner.

We are really liking our "Baby Shark". It saves us a lot of time. It even surprises my husband how much it picks up when he empties it. We have liked it so much that we even got my husbands mother one. She is enjoying hers as well

This vacuum is wonderful! I never realized how dirty our house was until we bought this. I love to empty it and see just what all it had picked up that day. I would highly recommend this to anyone and the price point is great! Very easy to use.

So I’m gonna be honest, it works great when it’s supposed to. We purchased one and it ran fantastic for about to weeks. Then out of no where it started spinning in circles not going anywhere. Reset it, re mapped the house. Etc. nothing fixed it So we returned it as it was clearly broken. Best Buy exchanged no problem, the new one we’ve had for about a month now, it’s been doing perfect. No issues and it really cleans.

Excellent little robot vacuum that gets the job done! The mapping was accurate and it cleaned every surface of my floor. It is quick and relatively quiet. I love the self emptying feature, it makes cleaning simple and easy.
