    This vacuum did an amazing job on my hardwood floors—left them shiny and very clean. However, the app was a big letdown. It mapped my home, but after that, there was no way to track cleaning progress or see what had been cleaned. I used to have a Deebot, which showed real-time updates and post-cleaning reports, and I really missed that functionality. Unfortunately, I ended up returning this vacuum because the app just didn’t meet my needs.

    I love my momma shark, she is on a schedule and with 3 dogs and 3 adults in the home…all working( except for pups) it’s amazing!

    Vacuum works fine but the software is buggy. Lost my room assignments and had to recreate. App frequently hangs up on iPhone14 and force quit and restart need

    I was extremely excited to finally get a robot vacuum to help with the daily dog fur. My wife and I tested it out tonight 9/7/24 and it was running pretty well picking everything up, it was running alot slower than I thought it would but still doing a good job, but worst of all it ended up running over my dogs paw and tried going up his leg. He is a 110lb German Shepherd he shouldve been a very clear and easy obstacle to go around. Unfortunately returning due to this major issue.

    After two months it is barely picking up anything. It rattles and makes all kinds of weird noises. I will try to get it serviced and update my review accordingly, but as of right now I basically wasted $375.

  • Keeps forgetting its map or rooms on map.

    We have 2 of these, and we like them when they work. However, since we have had them maybe 5 months, they keep forgetting the map of the house or they lose the rooms. It is very annoying and frustrating. These things are not cheap, so we are unhappy with this purchase so far. Hopefully, they can fix with an update.

    Piece of crap! So disappointed. It only worked properly a handful of times. It would vac only two rooms and sometimes only a small 6ft area and say it was completed. Now it is nonfunctioning with error lights that cant be resolved unless you call. So over it already!

    This is the worst purchase I've ever made. I have remapped the house several times and it continues to clean basically the same 10 feet over and over! I have to pause, move it and it still returns! HELP!
