A lot of teen movies have very basic or clichéd plots, but not this one. It's based on "The Taming of the Shrew" and it has a lot of interesting twists. The music is awesome, every song actually fits the moment, and the two love stories are actually interesting to watch. Even all the actors did a really great job. The only bad thing is the occasional dirty jokes. If you don't care for teen movies, don't worry, you are just like me, this movie is still worth watching. I'm giving it a 10 to bring those ratings up!

This is one of my wife's favorite movies, and for good reason. Relatable characters, teen angst, and a story that all of us-at some point during our high school years-experienced first hand. If you're no longer in high school and you've not yet seen this movie, check it out and take a stroll down memory lane. If you are in high school and have yet to see this movie, I still recommend a viewing...although, you're probably living it. lol Either way, enjoy! Also...we miss you Heath Ledger!

As I'm sure many have seen/read now, this copy at one time listed that the Digital Copy was also included... which it is NOT. Normally I would pay $2 for VUDUs disc-to-digital transfer... but this is ineligible for that as well. Still a 5-star high school film, but the lack of digital prevents this from getting a 5-star treatment.

I bought this movie mostly for the digital copy and there is no paper slip inside or 2nd disc. I let Best Buy phone customer service know about the error and told them to correct.

Great movie for teenagers. This movie was the school related movie where every teenager could relate to. Very well done

If you want a more modern Taming of the Shrew this is one of the best around. Both the leads are easy to watch and you want them to get together that you will root for them to win even though only one of them knows it is a game. The supporting characters are great as well and put on a great show.

What's not to like about this classic tale? you'll laugh, cry (maybe), and even put a smile on your face. if you're a Julia or Heath (not the bar lol) fan then this is a must. See what Heath meant by "now I see the funny side , now I'm always smiling"

This film was very enjoyable! Heath did such a great job even way before he portrayed the Joker. I watch this movie and remember that this actor had amazing talent whichever genre of film he did!

Interesting movie that delivers the story about a girl that doesn't like a guy, then realizes he is the one for her. Lots of interaction to keep the movie moving along.

I saw this film cause of my girlfriend and was expecting to be bored out of my mind but while not my choice in movies was entertained enough with the comedy that it wasn't as bad as I thought.

Classic movie. Ledger was great in this movie. Don’t care for the main actress but she’s competent in this role. Def worth a watch if you haven’t seen it. Classic high school romance comedy.

Heath Ledger is great in this modern take on Shakespeare's Taming of the Shrew. Ledger clearly forced Julia Stiles to up her game. Still can't believe that he's no longer with us.

I have not seen the movie in years and had the urge to watch it again. Good movie

We purchase movies from Best Buy rather than renting from Red box. If we like we can keep to watch again and if we don't like it we can donate. This movie was different and ok. Not for children.

This was a great movie when it came out and it continues to hold true to this day. This might not be for everyone and I’m not huge into girl movies but this one was a good one.

One of the best, maybe THE best, of late 90's/ early 00's teen comedies. I haven't really compared the Blu-ray and DVD, but the Blu looks and sounds fantastic. Great price, too.

Another classic comedy and romantic film back in the day. A must watch if your into these films.
