AMAZING. I can be very difficult if what I paid for isn't done properly. I have no issues with the installation. The tech adjusted the amplifier to work so well with everything else. I will go back if I need further services. GET THE TECH

Loved my installation it was quick profressional and the quailty is top notch!

Installed amp and subwoofer awesome job very cleaned and showed me how to use.

I had an amplifier installed. The job was well done it was clean no exposed wires. The only issue was that I asked for the amp to be installed under the seat and they installed it in the back of the foldable seat. When I fold the seats the amp gets in The way

The guys were very friendly and accomodating. the work was finished within the expected time,well earlier if i remember correctly. Well done, very clean, and 3-4months on its still working great no issues.

My guy out in Harrisonburg VA installed my amp and ran all my wires to include tying into the steering wheel controls and mounting the amp under the pass. seat in record time. Maybe 2 hours!! Super cool guy and a pleasure to work with! Thanks Buddy, really brightens my day!

Everything went amazing with my amp and sub woofer install and they sound amazing. The staff was really good too, they were very respectful and seemed like really good guys. Im definitely coming back for more stereo work in the future

If I could give them a 0 star I would i went and purchased the speakers for my truck four of them and I paid for the installation mind you I had to pay installation for each sets of speakers but ok then I told them I wanted to get my amp and subs connector so I bought the amp wiring kit plus installation so when it came down to my appointment I dropped off my truck 7 hours later they call me saying my truck was done so by the time I get there the installation place was closed so I had to find someone to get my truck out so I’m going over everything and I see that the guy didn’t install my wiring kit so I asked one of the guys that was there and he told me that he can refund me my money cause he didn’t think the way I wanted it to be was going to work when he told me when I purchased everything that what I wanted was not a problem so I told him no I payed for the installation and I wanted what I payed for so I had to make another appointment to get my truck in to get it put in and the dude had an attitude about it so when I dropped it off a week later he tells me that he wasn’t going to give me warranty on that part so if you’re thinking about getting your subs or any kind of work done by Best Buy I recommend you go somewhere else

The work is so clean and neat it's hard to believe. One look isn't enough. Especially with the high output of sound coming from my vehicle.

Was scheduled to go up Saturday Morning, Installer never showed. They rescheduled me for a few Saturdays later. Called me as I was leaving and told me that another installer would be there to do the install. I was told it would take 2-3 hours. I was there for almost 9. Manager refunded my install to make up for it.

The installation tech installed an amplifier into my 2021 bronco sport. He and the rest of the Best Buy crew were awesome to deal with and he did an amazing job! Cause I would highly recommend!

Installer, Matt Morris was knowledgeable and professional. He helped me decide on the best install location and finished early. The work was very clean. The cost was quite reasonable and I would return.

The guys in the shop took great care of my son’s car. Some kind of way my appointment was scheduled as just a radio installation, but actually I wanted Radio,front,rear,woofers,and two amps. They took care of me the next day.
