||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a nice experience setting up my computer service upgrade but I didn’t feel I was a priority because the rep kept assisting others while I being setup and it prolonged the process quite a bit. He should have taken care of me because I set the appointment up a few days ahead but he would stop with me and went off to do other things a number of times. He was helpful and polite but needs to focus a bit more.

Sometimes, we need to present evidence, and sometimes, we don't have the luxury to waste time setting up. It's efficient, gets the job done, and it is easy to operate.
