Good item not too much to complein about honestly.

Didnt actual use. For installation wait period was to long. Did want to wait 8 weeks for installation

I’ve never had to use this so I can’t say, although it is comforting knowing I have it if something when wrong.

the installer , was not informative, I got no post install introduction to features or operation, and my usb cable was not run to connect my iPhone there fore I felt this radio was no better than the one I had before as the car play option was not available wirelessly. I had to go back to Best Buy and have it uninstalled, and I purchased a different radio. and had it installed at a different location.

Ive used Geek Squad for everything from fixing my laptops & tv, to installing Stereo/Audio equipment in my Vehicle. I've had both Good & Bad experiences with Geek Squad in the past. Most recently, its been nothing but Great Quality Service from the Geek Squad team.

Buying warranty is always tricky I can’t recommend either or. It’s never as easy as they make it out to be. It be one thing if they rolled out a red carpet for you if you get it but customer service seems to always be lacking

Great blender, does get stuck when not enough liquid added to fruit. Blade does get dawl ocer time with use. Recommend getting warranty

The plan starts the day it’s purchased but I think it would be better if it starts either the day the item is received(mine was shipped to me) or installed.

Not the best , thats why i gave it 3 stars. Its okay does what its supposed to but its already acting up.

Wouldn’t pay for geek squad service ever again . Junk expensive computer . Also ERASED ENTIRE HARDDRIVE

If you are worried the product is going to break within the next 4 years, then I would suggest it. If you want to take a gamble, then don't.

Virus lockdown is preventing installation will get installed later

I bought the coontract but and never had t use it a little disappointed

I have not used the protection yet but view it as insurance.

I am happy that BestBuy had offered this! I call it insurance haha

I recommend getting the warranty for anything Best Buy installs.

I will always buy a best buy warranty they are totally worth it
