This was a great idea for a movie. This movie is even believable too some degree. I highly enjoyed the zombie violence and the sense of hoplessness. There are some parts in the movie though that seem way dragged out and that could have been reduced in time. That is the reason I am not giving it 4 stars.

I like a good, scary horror and in my opinion it's been a while since one, especially after all american rip-offs from the J-horrors. But this one was scary. For real. Enjoy

This is one of those movies that sounds like it could be a lost/win situation it was o.k. because the plot was monkeys infected with rage ,kind of put you in like 12 monkeys zombie horror movie witch is not to bad.Not many people die in this movie but it's worth a look.

I really enjoyed this movie and believe its a much better movie than the sequel. The action and action are excellent and the suspense is even better.

As a movie, "28 Days Later" is a superior motion picture. But as a Blu-ray high definition disc, it falls completely flat. Due to the director's artistic filmmaking choice of camera-type use, "28 Days Later" looked good on standard DVD, but unbelieveably blocky and choppy on Blu-ray, to the point of being very distracting. Only in the final scene is where the high definition really shines. The same set of extras are ported over from standard DVD to Blu-ray, with a small exclusive alternate ending only available on this disc. The retail price of the disc is about $20 more than what the standard DVD goes for, and is not worth the "upgrade" if you own the latter.

I loved this movie because it was not like any other "predictable" zombie movies. It also had a great story and it was actually scary.

I don't really like zombie movies but I think this movie and the one after it are great.

Greatest Zombie movie to date...forget resident evil and the rest, this is the greatest in the genre.

The HighDefDigest review of this release is 100% accurate, unfortunately. This Blu-ray is down right terrible as far as picture quality is concerned with the exception of the final scene which was apparently shot with a better camera than the rest of the film. Supposedly the director was going for some sort of look when he decided to film the entire movie with a European model Canon XL-1s standard-definition camcorder at 720x576 resolution. So the transfer is barely, if at all, better than the DVD so best not to waste your money on this one if you already own the DVD as I did. I figured it would be even a little step up and it just looks like garbage by comparison to the other blu-rays. Supposedly the audio is much better, but I don't have a sound system to check that out for myself. I recommend a pass on this title for Blu-ray

This movie was very confusing for me but good if you like invasion movies!

This has got to be one of the worst movies I have ever seen in my life, it had a dumb storyline and there wasn't many zombies. They never really went after the zombies either, they just ran away from them the entire movie. If you make a zombie movie, you have to make a lot more gorier and violent to be an amazing zombie unlike Dawn of the Dead which was incredible. If you're looking for a good zombie movie don't watch this, you'll just waste your time. Although, the sequel to this (28 Weeks Later) doesn't look that bad. Since it comes out tomorrow I might have to go rent it to see if it's any good.

This movie is awesome too bad the blu ray version is really horrible. This movie was done really bad on blu ray I bought it at best buy for fifteen bucks but the movie is not even worth that. I also have the regular dvd and it is much better than this version, please don't buy this blu ray version and just enjoy the regular dvd.
