So far this has been a very painful experience. I live in rural Colorado and it is a five hour round-trip to the closest Best Buy in Grand Junction. I had two appointments. The first one to get four speakers installed in my four-door truck. The second was to get an amplifier Set up to create better sound and quality. Needless to say, I made both of these appointments and was very open about my drive time and the communication I had with the shop. I had to make a special trip each time to get the work done. However, after a few days, I figured out that they had not installed my door panels Correctly and hooked up my wiring appropriately. I had to make a third trip to Best Buy to have them pop the door panel off and low and behold there was the wire unplugged from my windows. There was very little sympathy or even a sorry or a follow up to me they wanted to keep it out of the books , and so they never made an appointment for this third visit. Two weeks went by and my nephew was riding in the backseat, which is very rare. I very rarely have anybody back there and low and behold the rear passenger door window won’t roll down either. I have tried to reach out to the Best Buy Grand Junction store And it has been nearly impossible to reach anybody to file a complaint. I have spent three hours on the phone back-and-forth with a Best Buy representative that is not from Grand Junction and offers very little to no help at all. They forced me to file a claim with Sedgewick who responded to me via email within 72 hours, telling me to contact a supervisor or manager from that store as there policy does not cover this type of coverage. But insisted that I should contact the Best Buy store to get this resolved. Needless to say, I’ve spent another hour on the phone today. Getting nowhere the Best Buy customer service representatives that have been answering the phone the day after Christmas must’ve been in a really bad mood, everyone I talk to with the exception of the very last person was absolutely horrible and don’t care about helping people. I finally had a gentleman respond and sent a message to the store so that a manager would call me back, I’m still waiting and I’m still trying to remain patient but this is absolutely ridiculous.

KICKER 4 CH. AMP INSTALL is a great product the , but the young man who worked on our car did a exceptional job installing this newer product on our antique car a (1950 Ford Custom) since this was not your newer 2016 vehicle or truck.

No complaints, the technicians was professional and thorough.

Best Buy technician did and excellent job w my car stereo upgrade. This is the 4th one she has done. I will always recommend. Great Job!

Jason in the installation department is the man!! He installed my new Kicker 4 channel amp in a perfect location and adjusted all the settings to where they needed to be.

I bought an open box version and I got a great deal. This is in the corner of my trunk and it pushes power from my receiver to my speakers . Kenwood is more than a name, it's also a trusted company with great audio products.

Went to three different places. Major issue for faulty work! But here got it right the 1st time and talk me through the process. Stellar performance!

I am happy with the service I received. Told that if I wanted anything adjusted to tweek the sound just come back and they will take care of it. No tweeking needed.

This store's installer does an extremely clean install. I've had it in for more than 6 months but just getting to this review. It's the second I've had him do & no issues at all. Highly recommended.

I had my stereo installed at best buy they ordered all the parts I needed and installed my stereo in the time tgey said it would take. The tech was great explained everything that was done.

Navigation install with all new speakers. Also added 12" speaker in box with amp for the trunk. Everything worked well but for some reason ppl can hear me on calls. Will be taking back in.

The guys that installed my amp are highly qualified and extremely professional. They go beyond the scope of work that’s needed.

Amp install was good. Would have purchased an amp with a Sub Amp output in hindsight. Apparently a two amp system has separate adjustments for the rear speakers that also influence the other amplifier frequency.
