I had a JBL digital 4 channel amplifier installed. It's a newer style of product that is set 100% digitally. The install bay installers had said they didn't know much about this type of product and that it was a "challenge" to tune it. Unfortunately it wasn't tuned that well (the levels were not set where they should be). The actual hook-up of the amplifier to the battery, to the speakers, and to the head-unit was done very well. The amp was mounted onto the back side of a custom fit subwoofer enclosure and was secured very nicely. They even handled some basic wire management (read: made the wires look pretty) that I didn't expect from them. The amp works great now that I tuned it myself, and it should stay safe and secure for the life of the vehicle. Overall a positive experience.

Was not impressed at first, and then after an hour of listening found it to be just the sound I was expecting. Very clear sound at 1/2 volume and it rocks! Pioneer is a great brand you can count on for performance, they were great in the 80's and are even better today.

Great install team. They found a problem with the terminal on my amplifier and replaced it and saved me from having to buy a new one.

Excellent service! The most professional installations and well knowledge team. They installed an amplifier and a sub on a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander. Looks like factory, no damage on any of the plastics and the cables are well hidden. Excellent service would recommend to anyone who looking for car speaker setup and install.

The Technician was truly amazing, He took the time to explain the different speakers to choose from, asked me over and over what I was looking to achieve in upgrading my current system to ensure I didn't go to big or too small. The Install from Jonathan went very smooth and I couldn't even tell that speakers were removed and replaced. I added 2 KICKER - CompR 10" Dual-Voice-Coil 2-Ohm Subwoofer for under the backseat and the Bass is amazing paired along with the new Kicker CX Series CXA6001 1200W Amplifier and Alpine - Power Pack 180W Class D Bridgeable Multichannel Amplifier with High-Pass Filter. Additionally I added new pair of KICKER - 6-1/2" 2-Way Car Speakers & a pair of KICKER - 6" x 9" 3-Way Car Speakers to make the sound system complete.

[Employee of bestbuy] I had the Geek Squad install a kicker key amplifier into my car, and the installation was stupidly simple. The work was clean, and well hidden. They even managed to use less wire than they thought they needed and returned it for me, saving me money without asking!

These guys killed it!! They swapped out my 4 factory door speakers, installed new head and 2 amps. One of which I have owned for years and they had no problem utilizing it. They recommended a sub that would fit my install, but Best Buy didn't carry, so I purchased elsewhere. The sound is absolutely amazing!! Aesthetically the install was flawless, looks factory installed. Had no problems since the install some 9 or so months ago.

Prior to the Geek Squad I had someone install my amp and sub but they did not do a good job. I say it was done poorly because the trim had gaps and some of the lighting on the dash would not light up after the install. This made me question the install so I took it to Best Buy. The team that performed my amp and sub install at Best Buy corrected the mistakes and did a great job. They took their time and made sure it was done right. Car audio is not just about installing the equipment but tuning as well. The system sounds clean and hits hard now. Very pleased. I recommend the Geek Squad for car audio installs.

Love these guys! They walked me through making a 15 speaker upgrade in my Infiniti Q60. Very knowledgeable team and my car was put back together with no damage.

I had an Alpine power pack installed by the Geek Squad at the Grafton Best Buy Store. This was the best money I ever spent. Adam did an outstanding job of installing this amp at a very reasonable price.

Dropped off my truck to install amp and subwoofer and they got it done in less time than expected, no sign that they did anything and it sounded great. Very happy with service, would go back again.

I had a good experience with Gavin installing my equipment for me in my car at the Orange California location. Gavin is meticulous he takes his time and he does an outstanding job. Everything was clean and he went the extra miles to make everything look like it was stock. I would definitely go back and have Gavin do installations for me. He installed component speakers in the front doors, 2 ways in the rear doors, and an amp and a powered subwoofer in the trunk. Thanks Gavin!!! My stereo sounds awesome!!!

Keeps factory look, clean sound speaker volume is decent base is improved, was hoping for a little more for the price of $1300, but nonetheless it does bet the factory sound for sure

Worth the money, Eric is very knowledgeable and friendly.

The install was complicated, took 8 hours, and when done, everything worked better than expected with zero flaws. I could not tell that they had completely disassembled the dash and forward headliner. In fact, they even found and eliminated two old rattles that had bugged me for some time. The technician's name is Brad. I'd drive 500 miles to have him work on my vehicle, if necessary. 5 stars are not enough.

Brennan Aragosa at the South West, Las Vegas store was my auto tech installer, and he was simply magnificent! He installed my stereo systems in two of my cars, and he went out of his way to do a fantastic install job on both of those vehicles. My Camry had a bit of a problem, but he came in on his day off to correct the problem! Superior determination to make us happy!!! I'm having him do another car, and I know it will be great!!! Car stereo install is not as easy as it used to be so I decided to get a professional to do it. Best Buy is a a little expensive - although they price by the job, my install of an amplifier and replacing 4 factory speakers with new JBLs worked out to about $40 per hour for labor - the install was professionally done and I'm happy with the end result. A nice thing is they will install products you don't purchase at Best Buy - I purchased the speakers and the amp somewhere else and saved almost enough to pay for the install. Service Tech was very professional and did a great job.
