The Technician was truly amazing, He took the time to explain the different speakers to choose from, asked me over and over what I was looking to achieve in upgrading my current system to ensure I didn't go to big or too small. The Install from Jonathan went very smooth and I couldn't even tell that speakers were removed and replaced. I added 2 KICKER - CompR 10" Dual-Voice-Coil 2-Ohm Subwoofer for under the backseat and the Bass is amazing paired along with the new Kicker CX Series CXA6001 1200W Amplifier and Alpine - Power Pack 180W Class D Bridgeable Multichannel Amplifier with High-Pass Filter. Additionally I added new pair of KICKER - 6-1/2" 2-Way Car Speakers & a pair of KICKER - 6" x 9" 3-Way Car Speakers to make the sound system complete.

Prior to the Geek Squad I had someone install my amp and sub but they did not do a good job. I say it was done poorly because the trim had gaps and some of the lighting on the dash would not light up after the install. This made me question the install so I took it to Best Buy. The team that performed my amp and sub install at Best Buy corrected the mistakes and did a great job. They took their time and made sure it was done right. Car audio is not just about installing the equipment but tuning as well. The system sounds clean and hits hard now. Very pleased. I recommend the Geek Squad for car audio installs.

Worked with Aaron to get sound system upgrade on Bronco. Aaron did a great job and was super knowledgeable! Installation of two amps to complement new speakers and sub. Sounds Awesome and installation was quick and clean.

Everything was installed great but now for some reason the charging port doesn’t work. The lights around it still works but it will not charge my phone which also means I can’t use Apple CarPlay.

I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of my installer, Brandt. I gave him a few parameters and we had an agreed-upon price and installation ideas, and off he went. Within hours I had a text from him with a list of parts, prices - all of it. The installation he did wasn't only top-notch and efficient, he also repaired a few items the previous installation hadn't gotten perfectly. To be honest, I think Brandt probably tweaks everything he runs into and makes everything he touches sound better. Even my kids ask to ride in the Jeep now so they can listen to songs on dad's new stereo.

I had a good experience with Gavin installing my equipment for me in my car at the Orange California location. Gavin is meticulous he takes his time and he does an outstanding job. Everything was clean and he went the extra miles to make everything look like it was stock. I would definitely go back and have Gavin do installations for me. He installed component speakers in the front doors, 2 ways in the rear doors, and an amp and a powered subwoofer in the trunk. Thanks Gavin!!! My stereo sounds awesome!!!

The amp installation went perfectly. No exposed wires. Amp hidden neatly under the seat. The installation was completed in under the estimated time frame. The installers are expert and great at giving advice and answering any questions I've had. I am a repeat customer by the way.

Brennan Aragosa at the South West, Las Vegas store was my auto tech installer, and he was simply magnificent! He installed my stereo systems in two of my cars, and he went out of his way to do a fantastic install job on both of those vehicles. My Camry had a bit of a problem, but he came in on his day off to correct the problem! Superior determination to make us happy!!! I'm having him do another car, and I know it will be great!!! Always love Geek Squad amplifier installation services. They do a great job, looks professional, go above and beyond basic install, make sure it sounds great, go over the install before they start and after they finish. Takes a bit longer to get an appointment but worth the wait. I won't go to any other local shop.

The guy i worked with in the geek squad was a huge help. He told me about my car and the diffrent installs that i can do in it. He helped me pick out the best parts for my car to be able to make it louder and clearer.

The install was complicated, took 8 hours, and when done, everything worked better than expected with zero flaws. I could not tell that they had completely disassembled the dash and forward headliner. In fact, they even found and eliminated two old rattles that had bugged me for some time. The technician's name is Brad. I'd drive 500 miles to have him work on my vehicle, if necessary. 5 stars are not enough.

Car stereo install is not as easy as it used to be so I decided to get a professional to do it. Best Buy is a a little expensive - although they price by the job, my install of an amplifier and replacing 4 factory speakers with new JBLs worked out to about $40 per hour for labor - the install was professionally done and I'm happy with the end result. A nice thing is they will install products you don't purchase at Best Buy - I purchased the speakers and the amp somewhere else and saved almost enough to pay for the install. Service Tech was very professional and did a great job.

I had been without any music for a month. These men took the time to wire two amps to my stereo and now my car is louder than it’s ever been!! Great job to the team who hooked up my system in 6 hours when they claimed it would take 10 hours. You can now hear my car for blocks !

Overall happy. Friendly service, prompt appointments. Some work needed to be re-done, and extra time/hassles on my end. Some trim broken, but fixed. Bought some install parts that weren't needed. But I feel the value was there and the crew did get the installs done correctly in the end. I would buy this service again because it's a great value.

This install didn't happen, I opted for a better sound.

I bought the Geek Squad service to have my Jeep stereo upgraded by a certified installer. I am mostly satisfied with the work but it took longer than it should to complete my amplifier and sub-woofer install. The Installer should have more input so the time estimate is much closer to what is required. No problems with the install but some of the work could not be finished because the products I bought didn't fit my application. This caused unnecessary delays and expectations of what work was to be done.

i had many car audio its items installed by best buy by different tech's & each time they took time & care in my install. I also had a few remote starts installed & same thing installed correct with no issues & if customers come back with issues i see them go out & try & solve it on the spot.
