I bought this for an auxiliary computer (basement), and am much happier with it than I thought I'd be. I usually prefer a 1920x1200 (16x10), but so far, am very happy with this.

Bought 2 monitoes in July 2016, It is now March 2020 and the monitors have worked fawlessly. Amazing purchase...backlight still strong on both monitors.

I got this monitor when I upgraded my computer. HD videos and games look great on them, their thin design is great for space. They dont' get all that hot while being on for awhile.

I have had this monitor for almost 2 months. I have had no problems with it. I use it for my laptop so I have the feel of a tower at home but the portability of a laptop. Plugged it in and it worked.

I tend to steer clear of Acer due to an experience years ago. The associate recommended it to me. After trying it out, I opted to keep my purchase vs returning it for a different brand.

I purchased the monitor for our vacation condo and it works great. I was tired of squinting at my portable screen. I liked that it came with several options to connect it to my computer.

Good -- basic for everyday use. Those who want basic

Clear display and I love the size but the black just isn't black enough. I couldn't adjust it to my liking. After a while you get used to it but if you love bright bright colors and black black find another monitor.

I PURCHASED 2 27' ACER MONITORS AND I LOVE THEM. MY NEIGHBOR CAME OVER AND SEEN MINE AND SAID I JEALOUS. A FEW DAYS LATER SHE INVITED ME OVER TO SEE HERS. EXACT SAME ONES I PURCHASED.

I had ordered another monitor from Best Buy on line because it showed that it was it was in stock. I went to pick it up only to find out it wouldn't be in for 7 days. I needed a monitor then not in 7 days. I asked what they had in stock and the sales person recommended this Acer it was $50.00 more and I was assured that it was a better monitor. Well the Samsung I ordered has a 2 mil response time and this Acer has a 6 mil response time . I use it mainly for gaming so needless to say I'm a bit disappointed in the Acers performance. I take responsibility for the purchase. However when I went to the pick up desk to get what I ordered and found out it was not in stock I cancelled the order. It took Best Buy almost 10 days to credit my bank card. So buyer beware.

Acer is a good brand that you don't hear that much about. Very reliable, I'm glad to have purchased another one of their products.

This is the third Acer - 27" LED HD Monitor I've purchased for my business. When I replace the quad Dell 24" set up I have it will be with the Acers.

This monitor is great for the price, so far. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the menu buttons are hard to find and figure out unless you turn upside down, and the menu system itself is a hot mess. Once set up, though, it has served me well.

great price limited connection avg resolution- depends on what you are using it for, I purchased to use as a dual monitor and found the image to be less sharp than Dell. I replaced with an 27'' HP and love it!

These 2 Acer monitors are great and make my 2 year old monitors that sit right next to these (same computer) look old and dull. Brightness and contrast are off the charts.

You'd think setting up a video monitor would be a piece of cake. Well, neither the printed or on-line instructions indicated where the screen adjustment buttons are. When you are not sure they are along the bottom right edge, and are feeling for them, at least my fingers didn't find them. After wasting time with Acer's tech chat, I finally tipped the screen upside down, and then could see them. Acer-- In your instructions, please just have an arrow point to where the adjustment buttons are located, for a dope such as me. Set up that should have taken me 5 minutes, wasted 30 minutes of my time. I also made the mistake of loading your "drivers". All that did was put an irritating "system clean up" program on my startup menu.

Bright screen and sharp image. I didn't see on the description that the screen tilts a bit so it took a little getting used to, but I love it now! I would purchase it again.

I have heard of Acer before and seen others who have their laptops. They seem happy with the choice. The graphics are sharp and I appreciate the clarity of the images.

I have purchased many different brands of 27 inch computer monitors and this Acer is fine. I chose this particular Acer because it was on sale and so far no problems whatsoever.
