    Buy if you need a monitor for less than a year

    I bought mine in May 2024 for $125, and it hasn't even lasted a year. It seems that the common screen tearing defect finally hit my monitor with horizontal lines running across the entire screen and rendering it completely unusable. It is a huge ripoff at the current price of $199. Such a shame...

    Not even 3 months !!!

    Hasn’t been 3 months yet.. bought it Sept 8th, now Nov 11th randomly lines pop up, and the right corner where the Button is it’s hot and I can no longer use it.

    Monitor was great at first but not even after a month of purchase it has white lines for no reason poor quality in the end honestly

    DOESNT LAST LONG HAD

    It lasted a good while until out of nowhere lines just popped up and is unplayable also on the bottom of the monitor where the buttons are is also hot so this monitor is good if it lasted longer. as i see many other people have this problem, so

    It is the worst screen I have ever gotten , I bought it last December and now it just stopped working.I have no doubts Bestbuy sold and sent an used item . I thought I had a good deal as I bought it for 117$ and it worths more than 200. Thank you for the scam !

    Not even 2 months and the monitor started to give me problems. it happened once and then it went back to normal but this time it stayed like that permanently.

    You sent me the wrong monitor. In the pictures a USB Hub is shown, this monitor does not have one.

      In checking the Best Buy link provided with this review, the monitor model XF273 M3bmiiprx does not have a USB hub nor are seeing a mention on Best Buy's site that a USB hub is on this model. If you need help selecting an Acer monitor with a USB hub, you can contact the Acer store at 800-910-2237 or check with Best Buy to see what models with this feature are available.

    At first I was a bit skeptical about the price I got it for on Cyber Monday but now that it’s been a well over a month I gotta say it’s a great monitor! So many options on the menu to fit every user. It’s not the best at streaming YouTube or maybe I haven’t found the right settings for it. I have it hooked up to my PS5 and it’s not bad. The graphics are good and it’s definitely an upgrade from my last tv. Besides the HDMI being 2.0 and just shy of 0.1 for my PS5 it’s great for starters or just looking to add a second monitor. 0.5mms 180hz The size is perfect for my set up and the built in speakers are actually pretty loud as well.

    I was looking to buy a replacement Asus gaming monitor due to the displayport dying in my Asus monitor. I saw allot of reviews for the previous 165hz version on Rtings and other websites. I decided to give this a shot. I glad I did not only are the colors more vibrant but i moved from a VA panel to this IPS panel and its up to 180hz. I also got freesync along with g-sync. Beautiful in games with less glare than the Asus i reaplaced it with. Added bonus of HDMI 2.0 for faster than 60hz connection.

    pretty great quality. i bought 3. good color and unlike some monitors, these can be turned sideways with no issue. i have only had em for a few weeks so i cannot speak to the longevity of the product, but they seem pretty nice. they work with my monitor mounts. they have speakers which i personally could do without to save on cost. i will warn folk that while taking 2 of the 3 stands out of the packaging, the plastic bit meant to hold cords snapped off. like they broke. i don't use the stands but they are nice and adjustable. just be careful taking out the base.

    These were fantastic monitors when i got them, no issues. About a year in lines started appearing at the bottom of both screens. One was worse than the other but at some point it just kept getting worse. Took them in for replacement today

    Beautiful picture quality, upgrading from a cheaper quality monitor this will shock you at first. For $140 I got 4K looking resolution and colors. The downside to it is the speakers. While having built in speakers is awesome, the quality sounds like a red solo cup on a speaker. These could be better and that would make it a 5 star monitor.

    Good quality and good price, the only thing I can say is that because it has a speaker in the back of the monitor, I had a little trouble with audio conflicting with my headphones but I got that taken care of.

    These are great! I bought a pair for the purpose of a dual screen setup, and I am very happy with them! They look great, perform well, and the 180hz refresh is pretty nice to boot! Setup was easy, and getting them programmed to work together was a breeze. Why they aren't a perfect 5 stars: -They don't natively start at 180hz refresh rate, you have to go find that in the settings. -The speakers aren't the greatest, but paired with a reasonably priced soundbar, or good headphones, that won't be an issue. -They don't come with a variety of display cables (hdmi only), however that's not particularly a bad thing, just depends on how your computers setup. -And lastly, not that it's the products fault per se, I did receive a lemon. Barely 2 months into use one of the two screens started having panel issues, and had to be sent in to Acer for repairs. That shouldn't be the case for everyone I'd hope, it just so happens for me that I received a faulty product. Oh well. Other than that, I'm loving these monitors, and I would certainly recommend!
