I just know I needed a big screen with speakers. The monitor is great. The picture quality is just what I wanted. Needed this for work from home change, but when it came to hearing videos for work nope that did not go well. I'm amusing this isn't an issue for some since it is labeled a gamer monitor and they use headsets. Did all the trouble shooting. Gave up and ordered some speakers online.

I did a little search online, apparently, I'm not only one encounter this problem, but unfortunately, I did not find any official explanation to the problem.
