We are pleased with our new Logitech remote and thankful that the Geek Squad technicians programmed the remote for our new TV and sound system and added our Apple TV and Blu-Ray disc player as well. Excellent job!

The Harmony remote is great if you want to control multiple units in the same area. Used the Geek Squad to do this and they did a great job. They had additional ideas I hadn't even thought of or knew the remote was capable of doing.

Had the Geek Squad program two universal remotes so I could control several devices if different rooms. I can now control the cable box, DVD player, Fire TV and 4K device with one remote. Great product to have.

If you are new to electronic equipment you really need a friend or a Geek Squad person helping you. Geek Squad did not leave until I was ENTIRELY comfortable with what button I was pressing to do what!!!!

If you want a universal remote I highly recommend Geek Squad services... they can set up your entire home entertainment system in a breeze so you don't have to! No convoluted manuals written in Geek to worry about!

Replaced a DirecTV remote with Harmony 650 universal remote. Tech programmed remote for all my systems, explained all the functions to me and showed me how to get all the functionality I had with the DirecTV remote.

The tech did a very nice job setting up the Harmony. However, he was supposed to walk thru what he had done and show up the modifications made and what I would need to do in the future. This did not happen and I paid for this service.

First time I’ve ever had a universal remote and I love it. Glad I paid to have it set up for me. It took my technician awhile to get it done but thankful I didn’t have to do it myself.

The tech arrived on time, installed the products & provided excellent training to support our use of the Harmony Remote with our new receiver & other existing equipment.

Unless you are very tech savvy or only have a couple devices to program then I recommend you purchase the programming!! It just makes everything so much easier and stress free!

I have one remote that operates my Sonos, TV, DVR, Apple TV, and DVD player. Also, it has a self fix button in case someone plays with the remote and hits the wrong button.

Used Geek Squad to set up my new Harmony Elite remote. Easy set-up and they showed me how to use the remote, makes changes to existing programming, etc...!

The setup is probably easier than I think it is, but the Geek Squad knows what they are doing. I am sure they got it done in a fraction of the time it would have taken me.

The Geek Squad obviously knew what they were doing. Very quick for what seemed to be a complicated process. Checked it to ensure everything worked before leaving.

Have an older Harmony One remote. I am familiar with how to reprogram it but didn't want to bother doing it myself with a new LG TV. Geek Squad did a good job.

Nothing I hate more than having to use multiple remotes. This service helped keep all of our peripherals together in one remote. Most handy.
