I need more help with how to operate item. I’m hoping they will call or come back out to help us

After purchasing this remote and not at the same time as a new 4K HD TV, it has been discovered that the remote doesn't have all the necessary features to communicate with all the equipment. We still have to use 3 remotes to work all the components associated with the TV. Getting another Harmony remote, one that is more up-to-date and compatible.

This product is fine, however it needs an instruction manual

I purchased a Logitech harmony elite remote control $299.00 for a new home theater system (total $7,000.00) and paid for in-home installation and programming. Best Buy sent a subcontractor to do the installation and they were inadequately trained and unable to complete the set up of my home theater system and remote control. 6 hours after they arrived I still have 4 remotes to turn on tv, satellite, direct tv and Receiver. I still do not have surround sound. NOTHING works from the remote. It’s going back and I’m hiring a private installation company to fix the botched job. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE.

They did a good job of getting the new universal remote to work with the new and older equipment. They also made sure I understood how to use it before they left.

Cant say enough for the geek squad they had to come back for no charge to program the blue ray. very happy with them and my purchase

I would recommend this remote to a friend. Easy to use and very easy to set up. A great value for the price and key to my seamless use of my home theater system.

Have nothing but problems with this remote. It only turns on all devices 50% Of the time. Have to use the help button a lot to turn on all devices

I know I'm repeating myself, but I'll try to say it in a different way. The Geek Squad can do everything!

The installer was not able to program our existing universal remote control. He offered to have another programmer scheduled but that never happened. I will be applying for a refund. Very disappointed.

Come to find out after I bought it, it wouldn't work with the system I bought even though the salesman said it would. And the one that would work was $200.00 more. No thank you.

Unfortunately the programming of the Harmony 550 was / is not working. Multiple issues, too many to even list in this review.

Geek Squad could not intergrate the remote to work with existing Bose sound system.

They did a good job on the harmony remote but needed to come back to fix a few things.

Returned, Not compatible with my New Phillps 4K-Ultra TV :(

I have purchased the remote setup for my folks as I wanted them to have an all-in-one option for their system. Upon checking the work and the setup, none of their convenient buttons were programmed. Unfortunately, I had to redo the work completed. I felt that I could have saved the additional funds spent. Big bummer considering we expected a professional installation.
