When we upgraded our home theater, we decided to have all our components professionally installed. I've ordinarily done it myself to save money. We found the experience well worth the added expense. The folks who came were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and generous with their time and support!

Used geek squad from best buy because i heard horror stories on samsung tv set up. They were on time, polite and had everything running inside of 45 minutes. They installed my samsung tv and hooked up the direct tv my dvd and sound bar with no problem and answered all my questions. Could not be happier with Best Buy and the Geek squad

The Geek Squad did a great job hooking up and adjusting my new Pioneer 4K HDR compatible receiver. I used to unbox and set-up new home theater equipment myself but got tired of crawling around for hours making sure everything's just right. I just observed and learned this time. Best Buy gave me a nice discount too.

I was thrilled with the Geek Squad setup. The gentleman came in and took down my old TV and disposed of it. Connected my new TV up. Tested every part of it, audio, video, etc. and showed me how it worked. He did not leave until I understood how to operate my TV. Great job Geek Squad.

If you are debating whether to spend money on installation, DO NOT HESITATE to have the GEEK SQUAD to do the job. Chris Clermont and his partner are awesome "Double Agents". So blessed to have met their acquaintance and to have their personal touch to make the installation problem free.

The crew that mounted my new TV also connected all of additional devices (DVD player, Xbox, etc.). In addition, they set up my new sound bar and made sure everything worked perfectly. They showed up on time and called when they were on their way. This service met my expectations.

The Geek Squad took their time to get us the sound needed for our system. They asked our preferences on speaker sounds and set it up to our needs. Once again using the Geek Squad was the best investment when having all the different pieces we purchased installed.

Buying a new tv, remote and audio system can be really daunting unless you get Geek Squad to do it for you! They can make all your Best Buy home theater purchase work harmoniously together so you don't have to! What could be better than letting experts setup your home theater system?

I paid the extra $49 to have my existing Bose sound system set up with my new Samsung QLED. I could have done it myself, but it was worth it to have someone else deal with the the hassle of all the cables, etc. Did a nice job with presentation - my system looks great!

The Geek squad techs who helped setup my surround sound and optimize it to my new tv were very helpful and knowledgable. I absolutely recommend having Geek Squad help tune your speaker setup on any new surround sound install or change in equipment you may have.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job setting up all my audio/visual equipment. It took them 2 hours, which would have taken me at least a full day and the cost was reasonable. All cables/wires are nicely groomed and equipment tested before leaving. Highly recommend this service!

The technician was very professional, courteous, and thorough with the installation. I really would like, if possible, for him to conduct any future installations that are assigned to the Geek Squad from Best Buy. He is truly the best of the best.

My receiver was set up for WiFi which was not the best choice . An update was needed and it froze the entire system . Geek Squad had to come back out to set up as wired and update the receiver through my power line for the internet . The receiver works great , but must connected hard wired to function smoothly with updates in the future.

I had a Best Buy come out and replace a projector, receiver, DVD,and all the speaker and cable connections along with a Harmony remote. They were early, polite, professional and set up everything efficiently and to exactly how I wanted. So glad i had them set everything up.

The staff representative was very knowledgeable Should have gotten him to stay a bit longer to get the cassette player and laser disc hooked up If the friend didn't have a laser disc or cassette player the service would most likely not be necessary SMILE

Best Buy has an incredible staff anxious to assist you with first finding the correct theatre system then with set in home. The Geek Squad did a great job and installed everything without a hitch. I highly recommend Best Buy and the Geek Squad for sure!

The team came in and immediately went to work getting everything set up and working. They were very knowledgeable and made sure I knew what they were doing and why. They ensured I was comfortable with the set-up and could operate everything on my own.

Thanks geek squad for setting up my TV, DVD and receiver and wiring everything the way it should be and making it look professional. You made my life much easier. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who wants a professional job.

Had initial tech come out and he had been on the job about year. Good. But not superior. He couldn't finish the job so I was delayed in getting the complete set up done. I complained and called multiple times to finally have a superior geek squad manager of 17 years and his counterpart or 10 years finish the job. A++++

Geek Squad was great! They set my stereo to "optimize" for better sound. I ran into the issue later that on some channels, commercials and TV shows I had music/background noises, but NO VOICES. Once I played with my settings on stereo receiver I was able to get everything working properly.
