I had the Geek Squad set up my AV receiver to work with my new Samsung ks9000 tv. They set up all of the speaker settings and ran the microphone. This set up my speakers to sound great anywhere in the room. I would definitely recommend their service.

Was very satisfied with the Geek Squad installers but I wish I had known that my Sony Headset was not compatible with this Samsung TV. The Sony Headset that my husband just received 4 months ago can not connect because it does come with a USB connection. But the sound bar installed sounds great.

The service techs were very professional and installed the complete TV system without any problems, Also explained the setup in detail and very prompt follow-up when questions arose. All of the components were added with no visible wiring.

I can't say enough about the Geek Squad. Customer service, patience, expertise, knowledge of their products, teaching skills...it just goes on. Don't know what we would do without them. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

Before getting Best Buy Geek Squad to set up my system for me, I had heard not good things about the squd. Not being a high tech person I decided to use them. While the service is not cheap, Joe and Beau did a great job

The Geek Squad members who came to my house had excellent technical knowledge and were able to explain how to use my new system set up in terms that I could understand, Very courteous. I was comfortable with them in my house.

Took the time to professionally install everything and they were on time. I hate how companies say that they will show up at certain times with ranges and show up at the very end. These guys came at the correct time and got done quickly!

The associate, Jason, who came to my house was very knowledgeable about computers and set up my new speakers quickly and advised what computer upgrade I will need in the future to get the most out of my speakers.

I am so pleased with the Geek Squad. They are so professional and kind. They answered all of my questions in the most satisfying manner. They also make sure that they cover their shoes and take out all of the cartons and boxes.

Purchase a new Pioneer receiver which was installed by Geek Squad. Installation done professionally and arrived at my home on time with advance notice. Also explained how to use it with TV and Bluray player.

So much easier to have the Geek Squad professionals come in and set it all up. They walk you every nuance so you are comfortable with using the systems together. In my case sound bar with new flat screen tv.

Great sound! I did not originally buy the sound bar as I wasn’t sure it would fit on the stand. Once we saw it would the team went back to the store, pick d it up and installed it. Really glad I made the purchase

Best Buy sent the Geek Squad to re-do the sound bar install since the third party guys didn't get it totally right. Always have the Geek Squad do your TV/Sound Bar install vs 3rd party folks. These "Geeks" are great.

Didn't have to do anything but plug in. Not enough time spent for the simple duty . If you can plug it in to the cable, it would be less expensive for you. If you cannot, it would be a great help for you.

The team that does setup for Best Buy can not be improved upon. they are so knowledgeable and so willing to go the extra mile. they did an incredible job and were fast and efficient and left no questions unanswered.

This installation was something I could have done myself, but I just don’t have the patience anymore. The tech was on time and pleasant to deal with. It was great having him do all the work with all those wires.

The Geek Squad technicians were super efficient and polite. They worked quickly and set up our home theater system in a very short time. Nice to have people who are so expert doing the work. Their service was awesome.

Ours was a complicated set up with an older Bose Lifestyle. The installers sraightened out a rat's nest of wires. Our rear speakers are now working. Sound is great. The Geek squad went beyond our expectations.

I could not have set this system up by myself. You need two people to unload, assemble and connect the TV. They even took all the discarded packing with them to dispose. All I had to do was enjoy the new system.
