Set up was for new WiFi system, orbi. He was able to use my old setup requirements. Meaning, I did not have to set up new pass words and all of my systems seamlessly worked with the new WiFi setup.

Centering sound's focus point is easy to do once you know how to do it. I had it done on our existing sound system which I never got around to do. The TV mounting crew almost forgot to do it.

Best Buy guys did a great job setting up our equipment, ensuring the audio sound bar was connected and working in conjunction with all the other equipment. Eliminates all the hassle for a few extra dollars.

Had the crew out to set up my 85" Sony and LG blue ray. Very professional and courteous. Tied all cables and took all the trash at the end of the project. Highly recommend the Geek Squad.

Used the Geek Squad to install our new tv. They did a great job!! Very knowledgeable and friendly. They arrived in the window of time projected and they completed the installation a lot faster then I could have.

Nice job with initial setup but that was about it. I paid over $200.00 for installation services and it was not what I paid for. The tech was a nice guy just did not do what I paid for.

Initial service was through a 3rd party but I declines as I preferred to receive service from Geek Squad in store where I purchased TV's. All were informative, professional and efficient.

Thank you! Instead of three remotes, we only have one remote now. However, I have contacted them because the sound system at times work with the remote and at times it doesn't - I am sure I am doing something not right but I need guidance and awaiting their call.

The Geek Squad installation team was able to reactivate the whole house audio as they programmed the Logitech remote. We will be able to listen to our holiday music again! Thanks Geek Squad!

the Geek squad setup the Atmos Soundbar, when the tv was delivered. Explained all of the potential of the Soundbar. Geek Squad well worth the price of delivery,and setup of the TV and Sound Bar .

They 2 young men that did the installation were very knowledgeable, really knew what they were doing! The audio on the TV is better than I remembered from my visit to the store.

They come in, get the job done, answer all your questions and make sure you are satified with the work they have done, as well as gove you a direct phone number incase ther is any problem after thy leave.

The GS guys that came and hooked all of our stuff up to our built-in home theater knew what they were doing. It didn't take long and was done seamlessly with an excellent outcome.

Originally had a sound bar mount for the sound bar, but it could not hold the sound bar without sagging. The Geek Squad fiddled with this mount before they mounted it directly to the wall.

These 2 guys that hooked up my sound system also hooked up my TV and Blu-ray player. They did an amazing job in setting everything up and explaining what I needed to do to run everything.

Used Total Tech Support to have Geek Squad set up my new AV receiver, amplifier and TV. Best idea I have had to get the TTS plan - would have been a major hassle without it.

Paying for the Geek Squad set up was worth every penny. Certain items had to be switched on the receiver and tv to achieve proper set up. I would not have been able to do it.
