This is a buddy cop show set in the near future. There is comedy, suspense, and action. It only lasted for one season. Short but sweet. It has a little over ten episodes. It has only been released on DVD format. And is hard to find any where else other than BestBuy. I highly recommend this to any science fiction fan! It is worth watching many times.

This was a very unique show. Sad to see it get canceled after only one season. The dvd is really lacking on special features, only has a gag reel and condensed comic con panel. Would have liked to see some behind the scenes features. Highly recommend this to any sci-fi fans or fans of other J.J. Abrams productions like Lost, Fringe, Person of Interest.

Yet another great series that ended far too soon. Watched some eps when it first aired... Karl Urban being the draw as we loved him in Star Trek. Was really getting into this one then blam, cancelled. So was very happy when they released the DVD so we could at least see the rest of the eps we missed the first time around. Again wish there were more seasons but it's an enjoyable series nonetheless.

When Almost Human was cancelled, the rumor was that the DVD set was going to be just the show, no extras, and very hastily done. But the set looks fine! I was relieved that they actually did a good job with it. I bought this item for my boyfriend, who already got his parents hooked on the show by letting them watch his DVD's.

Great main actors and great with adding Dan from the NightCourt tv series, just wished the series wasnt cancelled so we could see the cliffhanger with Dan

This show was intelligent and fun. It features great special effects, good action sequences and characters that were easy to relate to . So glad that they released it on disc. Only unfortunate thing is that there was no Blu-ray release.

An interesting take on the buddy cop formula, Almost Human is fun with its set of characters and use of futuristic ideas. The show suffers from its episodes not being in the right order, and it's sad that Fox wouldn't fix this like they did with Firefly.

Love this show. Great cast, fun stories, and left with a cliff hanger. This show, like "Firefly", should have never been cancelled.

Great acting, great style, and great characters made this an entertaining show.

Although I wished they also released this show on Blu-ray I am quite happy then even decided to release it on a home video format. There are no special features but the set does contain all of the episodes which are fun to watch. This was a great that ended way too soon.

An entertaining science fiction series featuring Karl Urban. The main character was disabled while tracking down a criminal organization. His partner was killed and since then, he has a distrust of the robot police partners he is assigned. He gets assigned a rebooted model that was discontinued due to personality programming issues. This results in the funny police partner interactions. Gina Carano also stars in one episode as a super killer robot with a couple of good action scenes. And with her character, the audience is left wondering, how does it fit into the season’s main storyline? As with other JJ Abrams shows, the main storyline gets lost and gaps leave the audience wondering, such as what is on the other side of the city wall? Which is why only one season was produced.
