The sound is the most important function. It is not very good when compared to lg pk7. Lg pk7 is also half the price. The wireless charging was so spotty that 1 bump would loose signal and good luck finding it again.

1st one quit charging so used warranty had to purchase another warranty that one did the same thing so contacted manufacturer and they sent me a new one. So far no problems.

Excellent speaker, good sound, good size, and good weight. Exactly what I wanted and works perfectly for camping to cleaning the house. Waterproof means it will go out on the boat, too

After receiving this for Christmas, it broke after less than 2 weeks of use. It just started making a terrible noise that would not stop. And because my wife bought this as a Christmas gift, they said it had been too long to return it. Best Buy wouldn't exchange unless we paid for another service plan. What a rip-off. We had to mail in the speaker to the manufacturer. And then we'll probably just get a repaired product back after waiting all this time. It's shameful- this was supposed to be a durable product.

This speaker is awesome. It has a wonderful sound. Glad you were out of the cheaper one. LOL

Love it the sound is amazing. Are able to connect it to other speakers would love to get more and create a stereo surround effect

great sound and super easy to connect and pair with other speakers have tried Sony speakers and they take a video to learn how to pair

I bought this for my son that goes to the beach alot. He recieved it as a gift in California for chirstmas, it work excellent for a day. Then all he got qas static noise out of it. We took it back he got another one. The issue is he was flying back to japan with the new one, so couldnt return if issues. The same thing happened. Not sure if our store got a bad batch we did buy first one on black friday and the 2nd one 2 days after christmas.

ALTEC Lansing speaker froze in 15 min. The manufacturer told me a replacement was at least a month away. Incorrigible!!

this portable speaker is great almost anywhere is loud enough for out doors use great base .

If i could give zero stars I would. I bought this speaker, used it one time, fell in love. The next day it didn't want to connect to my phone. It did finally connect to my husbands phone but it would not play anything. I called their customer service and they were rude. I was not thrilled with he fact that id have to send my speaker out and they told me for them to fix and return would be 4 weeks. I DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Speaker sounds good. Wireless charger makes listening to music and keeping phone charges convenient and easy.

Speaker ouit working after two weeks. Got a replacement and it ouit working . WHATS GOING ON AT FACTOR..

It rolled off a 39 foot roof and rolled another 100ft works good.
