The resolution of my pictures was very sharp and clear. Unit is easy to use and affordable.

Ordered online...received product without power adapter. Returned item at store. Second one shipped. AGAIN without a power adapter. Returned to store. Third one received with all parts. Works well.

Easy to use for first timers just a pain in the butt to save pictures to the hard drive. Great picture!

I thought this frame was going to be good cause it looked good from the outside but when i received it i turned it on the quality of the picture and the menu options was terrible. the pictures looked dull even though they were bright on my phone, wasn't fun to look at because of the VERY BAD picture quality. Would not recommend it.

Seems to be a good product. We have loaded in several hundred photos, which are displaying in rotation. I would recommend it to others.

I love this frame, this is actually the second time that I am buying it. It was great about 5-6 years ago when I first purchased, but I packed it incorrectly and the screen broke. I was really bummed about that! Fast forward 2 years and I am now buying it back because the quality and size are incomparable to others I have researched on the market.

I'm very tech savvy and I could not get it to play videos from multiple different source and multiple different formats. To it's credit, it has onboard memory, card slots, and a standard USB port for reading from a thumb drive. it WOULD NOT play a video from any of the various formats and all sources that I tried. Pictures worked no problem and they looked great on the 14" screen.

Unit is cheap & does not work properly. Lines run through images, images sometimes overlap next image, locks up. Returned it & bought an android 2 in 1 tablet & found an app that runs a slide show. Would NEVER buy one of their products again. Saw a few negative comments but decided to try it. Don't make the same mistake. :(

Very easy to set up and the picture quality was excellent for the price.

Nice picture Nice aspect ratio for 16x9 landscape photos. For me 16x9 is a must (this may be a drawback for some people). Starts over at same picture every time you power down or return from the menu! Very hard to go back a few pics or pause. Will hang if you go back too far, or too fast. Lettering on remote is very small, and poorly organized...you'll need your reading glasses. Exceptionally slow to navigate to a particular picture using the thumbnails screen...don't even try. Won't play videos and images together. You have to do one or the other. Many video files fail to play due to unsupported format, or when the resolution is too high. When this happens the device returns to the menu and hangs.

It freezes while playing pictures after fe few minutes

This is my third digital photo frame and I really enjoy changing and adding new pictures and mixing with old photos so I have great displays of family and vacations.

This Frame is very slim and has a very nice picture to it. I really like the features built in that allow me to choose between slideshow pictures, music or videos. I also like the fact that the speakers are built in especially to listen to music during my slideshows. The remote control is very responsive and the frame itself looks great on my desk. I haven't had any issues yet but will update if I do for sure.
