Excellent piece of equipment. Dont like having to install software. Complicated to register ( will time out if you take too long to respond to their e-mail). Wont know if it works as advertised until we have a power outage. Like the fact that battery is replaceable.

Works as expected and does what they says it should do

Bought this to ensure my 3D printer did not experience any power blips while print jobs. Able to handle the load even with the heaters in the extruder and build plate. Works good!

This is a really good addition to keeping your electronics safe. There have been quite a lot of intermediate power outages in my area. The UPS definitely helped the flickering situation!

Haven't used it for long, but am happy that it has a mute button. Other UPS that I've had did not have a mute button which can be very annoying in a power outage as you try to bleed every last bit of juice out of the UPS before it dies.

With sporadic power outages (either due to weather or due to nearby construction) this has already saved me more than once with more than enough time to close everything out and shut down. Highly recommend.

Solid Product. I like the ability to silence the alarm when the power goes out. Con is that it is a pretty big device considering alternatives. It has to stand upright so it really limits you ability to conceal it. I guess you could put it on the floor under your desk, but I wish it was a little more compact. Otherwise it is good to own one and I would recommend it.

The LED screen is easy to understand, the quality of the product is amazing, it has had my back for some power outages and kept any product as safe as possible. I sleep soundly at night knowing everything I plug in is as safe as it possibly can.

As we work (I teach college) from home, it gives me a measure of comfort and security to have this powerful back-up providing power to my critical systems. Of course, I know of no company that is more trusted and reliable in the UPS industry other than APC.

Using this to power 3 monitors, a gaming desktop with a 3080, bose speakers. While gaming power draw is still under full load. So this is a pretty sturdy back up.

NOT MUCH TO SAY. THIS IS THE BEST I HAVE FOUND. IT MIGHT SEEM A BIT EXPENSIVE, BUT IT IS WORTH IT.

Works like it should, covers my equipment during brown outs, which my neighborhood has frequently. I have ALL my equipment on these things. Just pay attention to the wattage you run on it, and it won't dissapoint.

Decent UPS, compact and with plenty of ports to use

With winter and her high winds here, I could not risk my pc or new console to a surge or power outage. I do not expect to keep playing during an outage but this device will give me a moment to shutdown properly if the power goes out.

This equipment was a good purchase and the attention by the sellers was excellent. I am already using it and I am very pleased, it works without difficulty

Works Great. I have small power outages in my area and this has worked great. The included software has worked great in shutting my computer down safely during a long power outage.

Got this and a couple of months later noticed that it would suddenly shut down for no reason like thinking that there is a short circuit in my house when there is isn't. The solution for it was installing the APC software and lowering the sensitive voltage settings and so far so good. Sturdy and decent enough to keep your gaming rig up to 20 minutes during a power outage.

This is my first UPS to include a comprehensive control panel, allowing me to check status and settings without use of the software on the attached PC. I have been an APC UPS user for many years, and am very satisfied with the Back-UPS Pro 1000VA.

It was just too complicated for me. I had to hook up the battery and then try to connect it to the internet. I had trouble doing both of those things. I decided I didn't really need such a large back-up system. I returned this and bought a smaller system that wasn't so complicated.

Didn't install the "close down" software -- too technical for me to do. But it will allow me enough time to shut things down myself in most instances. Haven't needed it yet so am assuming it works.
