Excellent quality. I have had 2 outages already and it has kept my Comcast internet modem and Google router going so I had no interruption in service for my voip or internet.

What can you say - APC produces well made products with good controls, connectivity, and outlet layout. This one will keep my extended network online during outages.

This works exactly as I was hoping it would. Keeps me from losing data if the electricity goes off while I am working.

Employees were very helpful while I was looking for a power backup to keep my computer, etc. safe. This is a great product.

We needed the extra outlet on the backup that the APC provided versus a couple of the competitors. So this fit the bill.

This is my second APC UPS. Works great, I have one for my PC and one for my TV and entertainment center equipment. It fully conditions the outgoing power.

Ups unit appears to operate as intended. Simulated a power loss and unit carried out its intended purpose. Did not test for time of voltage supplied as indicated on guide.

I would have given this five stars except for the fact that the battery connections were too small for the battery. I had to "open them up" with a small screwdriver to make them fit. Otherwise, this is a feature packed unit that has already performed well!

works well, we bought two and done know why the other one was cancelled. protects from brownouts and surprise power outages.

We bought this to keep the internet on when our breaker kicks. (Which is does often.) has worked great!

It says in the manual to let it charge but it was completely charged out of the box. This is nice considering it takes about 6 hrs to fully top it off from the ground up.

Great product. It keeps my computer and all my networking equipment powered on when the power goes out.

Seems to work as advertised for the load provided (about the maximum runtime of 94 minutes). I am only using it for my NAS, router, and modem. USB management was recognized by my Synology NAS so that is good.

Works perfectly. I’m running my home theater through this and it gives me ample time to power everything down correctly when the power goes out.

This is a great solution for a power back-up for a home network, or small desktop computer setup. Just plug-in your devices and go.

I always recommend this unit to my customers that live in areas that constantly have power issues. Living on the coast this can happen quiet often.
