This UPS has a minimal foot print with 10 sockets.

I bought this for my home server. I like the number of outlets it got. I got my modem and printer attached to it as well. Don't have much to complain here.

I have several of these at my office and they work great.

I was having issues in my neighborhood with frequent power flickering. I use several 3D printers which operate for several hours at a time. When the power goes off momentarily the prints are interrupted and sometimes must be restarted wasting hours of time and printer material. This APC UPS helped prevent my printers from powering off for the brief moments of power loss. The design of the UPS is sleek, and the screen shows all the relevant information like power in and out, power load and battery status. While the unit is effective when the power flickers, the 1000VA battery is sufficient to power the printer for up to an hour after power loss in case it is required. Overall, I found the setup very versatile and perfect for my use case. While my use is not typical, this unit also has data and master outlet support which is great for more typical scenarios for when you have a desktop and other supporting equipment plugged in. When power is lost and the computer is plugged into the UPS, the UPS can send a command to save files and shut down the computer before cutting power. There is also surge protection on the outlets, cable, and ethernet – which helps to protect the equipment.

Nice quiet UPS that fit in nicely for my customer's enclosure for their outdoor CCTV system. With it had a higher joule rating however.

Outlets are to close to each other and this a problem in pluging things in with large plugs

Check the outlet orientations. They are pretty close together and not all devices will fit into the UPS with the close arrangement.

Easy setup and lots of battery time. I love the easy "mute" button on the front to silence the alarm.

Great product and price point. Works as expected. I am still trying to figure out the different functionalities but so far it’s been great.

Works fine. No real issues, but it is up to me to limit what I try to backup. Doesn't last as long as I had wished.

These APC units are OK. But their track record of lifetime once they get past, say, 5 years, is iffy - even with new batteries. This replaced a similar unit that starting giving F02 errors (output short circuit) randomly - it was causing more outages than it was preventing. The old one had master control capability, whereas this one does not - which I didn't realize until after I was midway through installing it.

Plug in your devices and your good to go. Feels heavy and durrable

Protects our stuff but usually last up to 2 years but its better than replacing an expensive TV and electronics.

hard to tell I have had no power outages or electrical storms. Seems to be working well
