It a good product however the units i got i had to return do to it having a damage, but other than that it is a good unit to have if you have power surges issue

APC is the gold standard for battery back up systems for computer and peripherals. We had originally purchased a different brand for all our workstations trying to save a bit of money. Unfortunately, they only lasted about 6 months. We are replacing all the subpar UPS back up systems with this APC unit.

Solid piece of kit. If you work from home this is a must have.

So far, through one major power outage and a few flickers, this battery has worked perfectly. My former battery finally died and I was able to get this new one at a convenient Best Buy, online immediately, and pick it up outside the store that afternoon. Communication with store was excellent. Purchased just in time to protect my computer from big-storm power outage.

Bought this for my PS5 since we have a bunch of recent power drops are my house that lasted a second or two. Since purchasing this UPS i ha e not noticed any issues with the PS5, cable box and wireless router plugged in. If the PS5 is in rest mode it lasts about 20 minutes, if on it is closer to 6 minutes.

APC is worth the slight premium for peace of mind.

I have used surge protection units from APC for nearly 30 years. After the one my late Mom's computer was on failed, and a bad power supply fried a BackUPS 1500, I decided to upgrade to an economical unit. This isn't as powerful as 2 other BackUPS 1500's that I also bought from Best Buy, but it helps keep the system safe from quick surges, brownouts, and blackouts.

I live in Florida known for it's power outages by hurricane. Fortunately, I have not had a reason to use the UPS at these times of hurricanes. However, I tested the system myself by unplugging the supply, and it functions the way I expect the UPS to, by supplying battery power to my gaming desktop and monitor.

Ease of use. Great power surge protection. Arrived on time.

Solid, reliable, quiet. Not too large - sufficient for a small computer setup. Pretty much required in many parts of Austin.

Works great, I've already seen it at work. I have my TV, sound bar and PS5 plugged into it and when the power went out, I was able to turn my PS5 and TV off safely before the battery backup ran out

I love this thing! Overall, it's quiet and works like a charm. I have my home network which consists of 2 AP's, a router, a MOCA bridge, a 24 port switch, and a mini desktop on the battery backup side of this unit, and when I unplug it, nothing looses power and this thing instantly changes over to battery power.

Living in Raleigh and having out power flicker off and on, this keeps me up more than long enough to save my work and shut down, even long enough to dilly dally hoping the power will come back with 2 monitors. I'm not a gamer so I'm only pulling 222 watts @118 volts
