I have been so frustrated from day one! First of all, I had to return the first one because one of the USB ports seemed to be out. I had the same problem with the replacement computer, but I think I have discovered that it won't recognize a new device unless you REBOOT! So frustrating! My second issue is with how SLOW this computer is. I keep ALL of my data files on an external drive, so there is nothing to slow things down. No matter what I am doing, however, I sit, waiting, and waiting, and waiting....! Moving a file from one folder to another takes about 15 seconds. Renaming a file takes about the same. When trying to move a record on my external drive from file to file (drag-and-drop), the Mac will suddenly default to the Documents folder. Yosemite (the OS) has problems with opening windows properly. Instead of minimizing/maximizing a window when the green radio button is clicked, it goes to full screen, forcing me to constantly have to bump my mouse up to the top of the window, so that the top menus can be visible. What a time waster! I am also having multiple delays within browsers, most of them, I feel, due to the computers slowness, not the browsers's fault. I have had so much of my personal time wasted by this new Mac! Every day reveals a new and more annoying problem!

Two iMAcs were defective out of the box. First one failed to communicate with the wireless keyboard. Second one had a dead pixel on the screen. Not sure I will be buying another Mac. Best Buy was easy to deal with, and handled the returns in a very honorable manner.

Apple has provided another user friendly, hassle free device which bridges the technology gap !!!!

I went to the store this week. They were able to open the computer. Went home and was not able to open using the pass code. Do not feel the Apple computer is user friendly. I should have stayed the an HP. I wish Best Buy would allow me to return the Apple computer and replace it with an HP

Slow to load programs and double the actions to just close them out. The MS office programs suck by comparison to the full MS suite on my Gateway. Spread sheet and Word processors are junior grade attempts at top of the line processing.

I HAD BOUGHT THIS COMPUTER BRAND NEW AND IT WAS SLOW FROM THE BEGINNING I BOUGHT IT I TOOK IT BACK TO BESTBUY STORE AND GEEK SQUAD SAID SOMETIMES THIS HAPPENS I WAS VERY UPSET TO FIND THIS OUT SO I WENT AHEAD AND BOUGHT A MACBOOK PRO AND ITS GREAT AGAIN WHEN YOU BUY TEST IT OUT AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS FINE IF NOT TAKE IT BACK TO THE STORE .

It's too bad the graphics card included cannot be upgraded. An active blue-tooth connection pretty much disables the WiFi though to horrible download and upload speeds. And I do not know how to change my WiFI setting so that it doesn't get interference from the Blue-Tooth. The included software is great!
