NO MORE RENTAL CHARGES ..BBY should push this product more (put it on sale more often) saves your members form having to pay rental charges monthly (and brings them into the store-LOSS LEADER??

It was easy to install and haven't had any problems with its performance! I would recommend this product to people.

Easy to set up and worked great right out of box. Directions were clear and easy to follow.

Wanted to take advantage of the extra speed my cable company just gave me. My old DOCISS 1 modem wouldn't work so I had to shop off my cable company's modem list. Hook up was simple. I think its funny the instructions say just hook it up and your done (same with the cable company's instructions) just you do have to call the company and have them add your MAC address.

My ISP offered a speed increase that was faster than my old Motorola Surf Board. This ARRIS SURFboard SB6141 can handle the faster ISP speed several time over. That should be good for awhile. The good is it only took about 15 minutes to swap out the old modem for this one and call my ISP to register the new MAC number. The bad, the old Motorola had a standby button to temporarily disconnect from the internet. A feature I liked, but most will not find it that useful and most likely won't miss it. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 due to the missing standby button.

Reviews are right. Great product. Fast. If you're paying for internet, might as well get the most out of your service. I can finally send pictures on my phone through wifi. I can stream netflix and play online gaming at the same time through basic comcast cable.

I have Ultimate 100 with TWC and yet this modem gives me 110 Mbps . Easy to install and works great.

This modem rocks! I was surprised at how much faster my upload and download speeds are now. I have road rumner turbo, and this is twice as fast it was compared to the one TWC provided. Before i was disappointed at the internet speed. With this device i am truly getting full.speed like i should of had with TWC equipment. By owning my own device i no longer have to pay monthly equipment rental with TWC and surf the internet with ease.

Once we got the modem home we set it up in a matter of seconds. So far there has been no issues in performance.

I purchased this modem when I decided to drop my old cable provider and get a roku player and wifi to stream my entertainment. I have had this for a little over a month and have not had any issues. We also are using magic jack plus and everything is working fine.

I got this modem to replace the comcast modem I was renting cause they kept increasing the rental price. It works great. The light on it is super bright at night. But other wise no complaints

I bought this modem to replace the one I rented from Comcast. Easy to switch out. Now I'm not wasting $10 a month to rent from Comcast.

The Arris line of cable modems is identical in appearance and performance as the Motorola models they replace. For some reason, my 4 year old Motorola unit refused to go online with our new cable internet provider (WAVE). I was suspicious when the installer said it wasn't them, but our modem. But a quick trip to Best Buy confirmed that he was right. This was the same unit as my old one, but it worked right out of the box (along with a quick call to Tech Support to register the MAC ID of the modem). Plenty of bandwidth to provide 100 Mbs service.

Modem works fine. I was forced to upgrade by Comcast. I've had this product for a month or so now and I don't see much difference between DOCSIS 2 and now this modem DOCSIS 3. I have quite a bit of streaming traffic in my household and every once in a while, a device can get buffering lag even with this modem which is supposed to support 10/1000 and up to 350MB connection. Also, it would be nice to offer black for this modem over white (white has been readily available vs black).

Reliable, fast. I have used the product for a year with no issues to complain about. Buy it!
