Great new modem and easy to install. Easy to see lights and completely compatible with my Mac.

It's a modem and does its job. It works with Xfinity service, and hasn't given me any issues.

Very pleased unit set up pretty quickly works well, I did require technical assistance but from Comcast but they made sure it was hooked up correctly.

Got this because my aging DOCSIS 2.0 modem died. It was easy to set-up out of the box, and after calling my ISP to associate it with my account, my Internet was back up and running. I immediately noticed the jump in the speed tests! Now, I am getting my money's worth for the speed tier I'm supposed to be on (up to 50Mbps download speed). Sure enough, my first speed test came back at 57Mbps download over WiFi. I expect this cable modem to pay for itself.

This is hands down awesome. i purchase internet for 25mbps. i used to get 25mbps and with this i get 30mbps from comcast in Hillsboro, Oregon. IF YOU HAVE COMCAST YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM AND PROVIDE THEM YOUR MAC-ID TO USE. it's really easy though you should have no problem.

You normally don't think much about your cable modem until your old one goes out or your internet provider upgrades their infrastructure. I only did a little bit of research on these but this one came at the right price and specs. It has worked out wonderfully. It is so reliable and I am constantly getting the speed that I pay for. Very rarely do I have to do the reset game with my router and modem.

This modem replaces the modem that you rent from Comcast. Functionally the same device. Requires a call to Comcast to register the modem with them and that is all there is to it.

Upgraded To the SurfBoard SB6141 from the SB6121 model. I can't tell a difference in speed though as I was told I would so I'm not convinced it was worth the extra $30 for this one.

Easy to setup and run through the options for my cable company. Gets my speed of over 200M.

Had recently bought the Google Wifi System and was looking to get a new router to replace one being leased from the cable company. Speed with the cable company's router was showing 16 mbps in the Google Wifi app and the speed with this new router now shows 23 mbps in the app. Great increase in speed along with the fact the eliminating the monthly fees pays for this device in only four months!
