Bought this to replace the rented modem and running for a 4 months with no issues.

I replaced my DOSSIS 2.0 Surfboard with this new DOSSIS 3.0 and was up and running in a couple of minutes. I was having intermittent disconnects with my old modem and I have had none with the new modem. Getting consistently high speed downloads and uploads (at the maximum that I subscribe to).

I purchased this modem to replace an old docsis 2.0 modem. Had to call the cable provider to have it activated correctly with their network. It works.

This product has worked great so far. The internet speed is fast and there have been no reboots or other issues. Set up was easy, for me it required a call to the cable company which wasn't terrible. I would recommend the product.

Bought as alternative to paying to use optimum's modem, and it works just as well.

I got a price match and was able to get it set up, saving money on cable bill and improved Wi-Fi.

Works as well as Brighthouse-supplied cable modem with no monthly rental charge. If you are using a VoIP phone service just have your cell on hand because you first have to call Brighthouse to register the MAC address of your new modem for your phone to work. Other than that it's plug and play.

I switched from DSL over to internet from SuddenLink. I decided to provide my own modem and not pay "rental" fee. Simply removed from box, plugged it in, and it worked...hasn't stopped yet. I have always had good luck with Motorola products and when it comes down between Moto and some other brand...my money goes to Moto.

I have had this DOCIS 3 modem for about 1 month now,This item works flawless never miss and never drops connection but what can you expect it is made by Motorola.Very fast and have maxed pipe to it in my area.Wish they made this in Black

Solid modem for use with Comcast in Chicago. Picked up speed from the rental that Comcast provided.

We bought this modem to replace a rental from the cable company. Installation is simple and being a Motorola the cable company had no issues with activating it to work with our service. We should have done this a long time ago.

Great product. Easy setup, and automatically changes itself to bridge mode when you connect your router and activate. For Comcast, you just go to activate.comcast.com from a browser.

This modem works great with my service provider allowing me to achieve faster download speeds. Setup was easy on my end, but I did have to spend some time in the phone with my service provider to register the modem. The display is very bright, so be ready to tape over it if you keep your modem in a bedroom.

Have been using this modem for a few months with a higher end router from here also. I'm getting around 70 download and 6 upload speeds with this which is incredible. I was getting 10 and 1 with Windstreams combo router/modem. Now on spectrum and its night and day.
