My son purchased the modem for his new apartment, and it turns out that the modem did not have WiFi. Since my son is living in a different city, it took a couple of weeks for me to get the modem back in order to return it. I went to the store 29 days after I had purchased the modem; it was in the box, with the original receipt, and had not been used and yet I was told that the return policy was 15 days. We owned it for 15 days before we even had the cable guy out to hook it up! Completely disappointed with Best Buy and their return policy

It was recommended by the salesperson as the best one for my lifestyle. It was easy to install and works great. The only problem is there isn't an additional spot for my land line to connect.

Bought this product to eliminate the fee charged by my local cable company. Saved me the $10 a month fee they charged for renting a modem.

Got as small "labeling" issue during installation: once ISP asked me for the serial number. I took it from the device lable but it appears to be a wrong one. The Customer Serial number ISP was looking for is posted on the package only. Good that I did not throw it away as I use to do to all packages and instructions :) I have this modem for a month - no issues. I'm using it with TechSavvy ISP.

This modem was purchased to replace one at home that I had for over 10 years. It is an excellent choice for casual and a little school work at home...

This cable modem replaced a D-link modem that was no longer supported by Comcast. The speed of this modem is wonderful! I never have lag or buffering!

Bought this to set up a network for someone who never has been broadband and it was super easy to set up.

I use time warner as my internet provider. They charge $6 per month for modem so I bought this device. Works perfectly on 50 Mbps. Surely recommended.
