This router has been great over the last month. Worked perfectly withy Cox service.

This modem works with Time Warner faster speed. I was paying for the 30mb now am getting 250mb download and 25mb upload speeds.

This made our network at our home office much faster. I am able to pull every bit of the 105+MB internet we have, reliably. Best IMO

It does what it is supposed to. Connect your broadband cable to your router. Had some trouble with getting online initially and contacted support. We were getting orange lights vs blue and green. Was told it was really caused by LEDs lighting indicators that were really off. The actual problem turned out to be COX customer support. Took 3 levels of help to find someone that would accept a MAC address. The lower two levels insisted they needed the serial number. Once the MAC address was loaded into the COX system it came to life and worked like it should.

Does what it's suppose to, internet speeds where increased by provider so this allowed me to get the 200+ Mbps I was paying for.

This is my second modem for my other place, works great and save a bunch of money not renting from comcast

I replaced an xfinity modem with this one and so far I haven't noticed any difference in performance

I installed the modem and Comcast had it running in 10 minutes. I like the enhanced status screen. My old 5101 Surfboard supplied very minimal information. One note, the status lights on this modem are bright. This modem is in a home office, so its not a problem for me. But I could see it bothering people in a bedroom. When the modem is locked on channels and operational, the lights are steady. So at least they are not blinking. You could easily cover them with tape or put something in front of the modem.

It is working well so far. Have not had any major networking or internet issues since buying this modem. Hopefully that continues to be for the foreseeable future. One thing that could be better though, is the base of the modem. It does not balance all that well to stay upright.

Tired of renting from Internet provider, decided to buy. Works great, no issues at all this far. Would absolutely buy again.

The modem is practically plug and play with TWC. Had to update the MAC ID with customer service. No complaints after 30 days.

What was I doing renting a modem from the cable company?!? I wish I had gotten this modem a long time ago. Works very well with the current speed of service. Excellent with both ethernet and wifi usage. There are higher models of ARRIS modems that are supposed to be better for 4K but this model does 4K just fine. You're not going to go wrong with this modem for any of your internet needs. You can stop renting your modem....NOW!!

Don't buy a dual band because the WiFi wears too quickly so these are perfect as a separate modem and then getting a router.

The modem works very good for Optimum service I would recommend it to all my friends

This is a great modem if you have a fast ISP. It has as many as 16 bonded channels. This means it can support multiple users.

Easy setup in matter of minutes, the modem works great with spectrum internet
