I bought the phone on a Tuesday, was in Best Buy for 5 hours, two hours afrer closing trying to load my photos..,,,this phone was a headache from the get go...After I finally loaded all my contacts, the photos were a problem..went home and loaded 2 apps, Viber and my provider, the memory was full. Returned the phone the following Tuesday..

I provided this smartphone to a senior who had never used one. It was very easy for him to learn the device. I think this was a good choice as a trial.

I purchased the phone because my original phone the hardware was wearing out. It was a nice looking phone however I was having problems with this phone as well.

Internal memory only 1 g Firm ware does not support memory expansion. The slot is useless. Battery life is short

I purchased this phone to replace its predecessor which I accidentally broke. This phone is superior in every way. The old phone would sometimes freeze forcing me to restart it, and it was always really slow loading my email messages and surfing the net. This one does everything lightning fast. Voice clarity is also much better. Highly recommended if you're looking for a great smart phone on the cheap!

This phone will not clear the number of messages after you remove them. It also will not end a call when you are through and it dials unexpectedly when you are scrolling through contacts.

I love that Best Buy has a great variety of movies. Why not shop where you can find the best movies and get rewarded.

Internal storeage supposed to be 4GB BUT only 2GB is available for downloading APPS.Don't waste your money on this! I returmed it one day later and bought the LG VOLT for $20 more which has double the memory

The system is pretty slow that I can't stand it. And the lock-screen function is not good. So I always open some apps when I put it in my bag.

This phone is awesome for someone on a budget, very economically priced and still good mobile device.
