Abel Ferrara delivers again as well as Keitel. Crazy crime film!

As the Lieutenant is dealing with cases and crimes committed and trying to figure it out he also is dealing with how own issues. As he also tries to save himself but also be willing to forgive.

The blu-ray gives great audio and visual improvements, it is an overall great film I recommend this film to any of my friends.
