The camp, the cheese, and the puns make for a hilarious ride, and the film even has some emotional moments sprinkled throughout. Not a great movie, but not necessarily terrible.

If you're reading this you probably know that this movie is pretty silly and features a truly goofy version of Mr. Freeze. Wouldn't necessary recommend buying, but it's good for a rainy day.

The film itself was a box office bomb in 1997 and ended the Batman film franchise set up by Tim Burton and Michael Keaton.
