Another great movie in the Marvel line-up. Well worth watching. An astounding performance by Chadwick Boseman.

Compared to the other Marvel films, Black Panther has a different feel to it. I would say the film relies more heavily on the storyline than on the super-human action scenes that tend to drive the other Marvel films. Don't misunderstand, there is plenty of action in Black Panther, as well as some mysticism, ultra high-tech gadgets, and even a couple of politically correct themes. It isn't my favorite Marvel offering, but Black Panther is worth watching for anyone who is a fan of the Marvel films.

This movie is great, has amazing FUNNY lines, fast action, really sets a nice pace. The sound is great, can't say enough good things about the sound, it has what you expect for the money you spend on a disk of this magnitude, the money they spent was well placed. You get high quality content. The CGI is so realistic you forget its CGI and just fall into the story and lose yourself in the emotion and staging of the drama and action.

One of the better films in the franchise, expanding the Marvel Universe in a great way. It is interesting the juxtaposition between what is perceived as a poor third world country and the truth about Wakanda as depicted in this film. The cinematics are beautiful, and the characters are moderately well fleshed out. Overall I really loved the film, but then, I enjoy entertainment which lets my thoughts rest and my imagination ... well, imagine.

When I went to the theater I was hoping to see a better movie, to be honest. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad movie, it's a good film, but not great. I guess that as I am not an American I don't see or feel identified with this movie like some do, therefore for me it's just good but nothing spectacular. The 4K steelbook has a really nice metal finish but I would have loved a title on the front. I think that was missing, other than that it is a great looking steelbook.

I went into this movie with outlandish expectations as I saw it somewhat late and the hype train surrounding this movie had reached astronomical proportions. But it turned out to be a solid movie, with good acting and a great story line. By far my favorite character was the antagonist player by Michael B. Jordan. I liked him more the Black Panther lol, definitely had more personality than Black Panther. Overall, a good movie that I would recommend.

Love the steelbook, but you guys should've made it look like Vibranium. MISSED OPPORTUNITY. Great movie, I was super entertained and enjoyed it. Didn't even mind the plot holes (like the impossible economy, not using the air force and battle rhinos etc.... So when are we gonna see an all Mexican cast for a hero that appeals to the largest minority in America? #THEBROWNPUMA. Hey Marvel! My money is waiting to be spent! I want a hero that looks like my family too!

This movie was entertaining and very enjoyable to watch, I would totally recommend this to family and friends… Movie had a good story line/plot pretty good acting and again pretty enjoyable… If you’re a fan its a must watch. Wasn't what everyone made it out to be most of the other Marvel releases were a lot better than this movie but thats just my honest opinion, this movie wasn't bad but I just believe that people over-rated this movie

I liked this movie, but I didn’t love it as much as some people. I think it’s a big problem when you lose the protagonist for 20 minutes of the 3rd act and your climax is rendered in the worst cgi of the movie. But, I do like these characters. The film peaks for me during a car chase sequence. The 4K looks amazing and subtle colors just pop. It’s an okay movie, but I love the MCU so I say pick it up!

This was so much fun to watch - great CGI and amusing exchanges between the characters, particularly between Black Panther and Shuri, who is definitely my favorite character, the perfect combo of smarts and sass. The mythical aspect is a wonderful draw that keeps the viewer engaged and fully invested in Wakanda. My only criticism is the bad guys - they're just predictable and cliche without any depth. Otherwise a very enjoyable watch.

Its a decent movie but NOT Oscar worthy. The movie is necessary in the MCU to really learn why Wakanda is important to the overall Infinity story, but the movie is bloated, too long, with decent action scenes except for the fact that the CGI animation is pretty bad. It should have been an hour and a half and it would have been much better.

Another great superhero movie from Marvel Studios. The 4K is nice, but the sound quality is horrible on this movie. You can hear them talk clearly yes, but the bass & surround sound seems almost non-existent. This movie sound is mix very low and not dynamic enough when the action calls for it. Hopefully Disney or Marvel Studios will hire better people to do their sound mixes on their 4K & Bluray movies.

Best Buy: No damage to disk or steelbook. Movie: This is kind of an overrated movie but it’s still pretty good. I wish they had a 10 year anniversary case with this movie. With the MCU, I only pay extra for the steelbook if the movie is at least an 85%

You most likely have seen this movie, so you know how good it is. So I'll tell you that the HD transfer is near perfect, as is to be expected. It's the sound where the disc falls a bit short; it's not that it's bad, but it is a bit low on the volume. Just know you probably will have to turn it up a bit more than with other blu-rays. The extras are pretty standard for today's hit movies, as well.

I liked this film when it first released. My kids and I have rewatched it a couple of times. I watched this again the day that Chadwick's death was announced and really felt that loss. This was one of those performances that make a character iconic. Can't see anyone else playing it.

There was a lot of good CGI in this movie, and although there is a beginning of a story line, like most of the movies these days...so much more could have been accomplished by concentrating on character development and story line continuity. The Movie was however still worth the watch to stay in touch with the Marvel story line convergence that is currently underway.

Black Panther is an excellent entry into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The story is great, but the performance of Michael B Jordan is the standout in this movie. In my opinion, he deserves a Best Supporting Actor nomination for this year's Oscars. If I had one complaint about the movie it is the CGI. For a movie this big the CGI should have been a lot better.

Came early on delivery excellent price. Just in time before I go see Wakanda ! Must see prior.

It's a must own if you are a fan of the Marvel movies. However, the movie is a little overrated. Still its a fun movie to watch. The 4k disc looks amazing. The only complaint is the sound is not as dynamic as it should of been in some scenes. This is a common complaint about Disney/Marvel releases. There was no low end in some scenes where it should of been present.
