I have had my little robot helper for some time now and I still love it! I can be cleaning the kitchen or sitting in my computer and my Scarlet will be roaming around doing her thing. The battery life is about a solid 45 minutes. However, I would love if the battery life could be extended longer so that I could keep it running longer since my dogs shed all of the time. The vacuum is smart and it vacuum around items carefully. I am just happy that my floors are hair free without me having to vacuum manually every day. I would like to add that I live on the 2nd floor with bamboo floors and this vacuum makes less noise than a regular vacuum so I am sure my downstairs neighbor appreciates it! I personally do not use the "Juice" option, but I am a big fan of the "Go" & Waffle" settings. I do wish this could be controlled with an app.

Owning this product is such a relief in cleaning my own space. It is very Efficient and dependable.

This was my first robot vacuum so I wasn't really sure what to expect at first, but now that I've experienced Bob, ill never use anything else. Im very impressed with how well it cleans, I set it up to clean while we sleep, and every morning I wake up with clean floors. The customer service is also amazing, I had to contact them because of my own fault, and they went above and beyond for me. I would definitely recommend this product.

When I bought this I thought it wouldn't work very well but it surprised me and works great. I have 4 small dogs and 2 cats and it's great.

This is one of the BEST purchases I have made in a long time. I bought it because my dog sheds his fur like crazy. With my wife and I both working full time sometimes we didn’t get around to cleaning it up until the weekend and by that time it was like tumbleweeds going across the floor. Now with this vacuum we never longer have this problem. We have it scheduled to go off at 6:30pm everyday and it cleans up all of the hair. I even raised up my couches by 1 1/2” so that it can go under them also. If you are looking for a vacuum then look no further.

This little vacuum does a pretty good job, but I am most impressed with the company that made & sent it. They sent it with a cute "birth" announcement & later sent a small gift. They also contacted me via email to offer services if needed.

I’d seen this product on “deal of the day” it listed $850 and on sale for $299. I was skeptical about it so I read all the reviews. It’s all nice things about. Not worth it! And people you should be real about the product. This one is nothing close to the romba I bought 7 years ago, it still works better than this one. It made me mad to read irresponsible reviews on this product. Look at the pictures it’s poorly polished stainless top

Constantly get random errors. No there are no blockages nor is it full nor did it drop off a ledge. The machine gives an error and then just turns off. When you start it again (after resetting and clearing the code from the remote) it just goes in circles until you put it on the charging dock. I had another robot vacuum for almost two years and had no issues other then it getting stuck everywhere. I would have spent a little more for better quality. Also, it NEVER makes it back to the dock on it's own to charge. I end up picking it up after it runs every time.

Good product for the price. I got it at the discounted price. Good for hard floors. I like that it comes with the remote to maneuver if need be. Great for cleaning up after pets

bObi helps with everyday cleaning but does not replace a real vacuum cleaner. I don’t have pets so I cant comment on pet hair but it does collect a lot of stuff during its journey around my house. Its is easy to use but the pairing of the remote and barrier block is not so easy. But once its paired, you can use the remote to guide bObi where it needs to go, because it does need some guidance around my house to clean everywhere it should. Much quieter compared to the previous bObi I had, which stopped working within the 2-year warranty and was replaced but I had to pay the $30 shipping fee to get it fixed. (I was sent a new bObi). I tried the mop attachment once, its too small and the pad does not keep moist for long but neither does a disposable brand name floor cloth. It is much quicker to just manually mop the floor after it is done vacuuming if needed. bObi gets stuck in some areas like corners of rugs, kitchen mat and it moves my tray/side tables out of place but it does not clean close to my white baseboards. The longer brush sent with the new units helps out that issue but sometimes the brush is on the wrong side to clear next to the wall. Two brushes would make this unit much better. Never makes it back to the dock on it's own to charge. I have to pick up or use the remote to guide it after it runs every time, but that could be because the base is next to my tv. All robotic vacuums have issues, but the Customer Service plus longer lasting battery made the difference. bObi's customer support is impressive, they respond quickly and fully stand behind their product.

I will start this by saying this is our first and only experience with a robot/floor vacuum. The BobSweep works great but has some issues (as do most I assume) but the customer care team is the best and very responsive. We have a large lab that sheds seemingly by the hour and Bobi will work to clean that up along with any other dust or debris. She does a great job keeping on schedule and the dog hair under control. The issue we had was the wheel bearings would go out and Bobi would quit working or spinning in circles, and we would have to replace them. This is where the customer care team was great, they sent them to me and assisted me with instructions written and links to videos. Bobi is very easy to maintain and fix if need be, every moving part is replaceable which is nice when you need to work on the robot. In summary Bobi works great as a floor vacuum and the remote is easy to use and program.

I’m currently in medical school, and I have two dogs. The burden of pet hair made my busy schedule that much more stressful. I already have the Bobsweep PetHair Plus, and I love it! I wanted another vacuum so I could set one to clean upstairs and one to clean downstairs while I am at school. The Bobi Pet works PERFECTLY for that! It’s small, so it fits under my beds, and it’s relatively quiet compared to most vacuums I’ve tried. I can even set it to clean while I’m studying without it bothering me. I’m actually allergic to dogs, so having Bobi to help clean up the hair in my house has made me feel SO much better. I’m very happy with my purchase, and I can’t imagine going back to life before Bobi!

I found the vacuum to be surprisingly effective in cleaning my carpeting and tile floors. It even did a good job on my deep shag area rug after (per the instructions) I removed the side brush and main brush. Bob doesn't run in a straight back and forth pattern, but left alone in a room, it seems to have covered the entire floor. If there's an area you want Bob to concentrate on, you can use the "waffle" feature and he'll go back and forth in that area. What was important was that I didn't have to use an app to run Bob--it comes with a remote which I often use to guide Bob to certain areas I want him to cover instead of the entire room. The mop feature is very small, and Bob does not spray water so it's really more a damp mop. Overall, I'm very glad I purchased Bob.

this thing cleans the floors decently with my two dogs ample fur everywhere. however, i feel as if it seeks out my dogs tail to devour as payback for cleaning her mess. also great vehicle for lazy cat to get across the house!

It does a great job, but is all over the place, it gets lost in a big room, it does great though if I make the areas smaller by putting up dividers and closing doors.

I work from home and now I can do my work while Bobbi is vacuuming (it is also very quiet). What I really like about it the most is that I do not need to move furniture around to vacuum under and behind sofas, beds and larger furniture. Before Bobbi I used to vacuum these hard to get areas sporadically and when I'd do it, there would be a lot of dust gathered. Now I get a thorough clean job done more frequent. When I first used it I watched it moving around and saw where it might get stuck (loose cables, clutter). I then made some adjustments (got rid of clutter, organized and tightened cables), which also helped me make the place neater. I have two cats and it takes care of the fur that used to quickly gather on the floor. The only disappointment I have had is that none of my cats have tried to ride it so I could get a funny video! They totally ignore it when their paths cross. I tried the mop attachment once. It is very small and the pad does not keep moist for long. It is much quicker to just manually mop the floor after it is done vacuuming. Because it does a pretty good job removing fur and dust it makes mopping a very quick and easy task. Bobbi's customer support is impressive. They respond quickly and fully stand behind their product. Maintenance (emptying the dustbin and cleaning the parts) is very simple.

I've been looking around for a robot vac for some time now and saw this one in sales a few times at Best Buy. I didn't want to spend a whole lot of money to test one out so I thought for the price this one might be worth it. Since this is the only one I've own, I don't really have anything to compare it to but so far it's gotten the job done. It does get stuck from time to time on carpet corners and under the couch but with a little ingenuity I've got it to stop getting stuck. At least under the couch. :) Overall I would recommend it when it goes on sale, but wouldn't pay full price. But like I said in the beginning, I don't have anything to compare it to so it might just be as good as a Roomba.

This little vacuum is pretty great. I have a Roomba as well, this vacuum is much quieter. I like the UV light fixture and the ability to turn it into a light mop. You can’t use it via an app or WiFi - but it has a decent control system and can be set to an automated schedule. It didn’t like to go over my dark air registers but other than that I’ve had no problems. As is with the roomba, I recommend picking up any small items from the floors before running the vacuum - especially any strings or plastic. I received this during Best Buy’s deal of the day, so price wise I can’t complain at all.

I named her Eva (Wall-e's female partner to make the world a better place). I have 1 dog that has more fur on the floor that on the dog as well as 3 cats. I have to empty the trash reservoir about halfway through because she will stop picking up stuff. But she does awesome transferring between carpet and hardwood. She will get stuck under my entertainment center, but other than that she is great and would recommend her for purchase!

I’ve read mixed reviews but decided to take a chance. It does an excellent job on the vacuuming side; especially pet hair! It doesn’t always clean evenly on the baseboards at times. It roams around multiple rooms in our open plan and it will not be able to find its charging base about 70% of the time. I am decently happy with it.
