This is Bob, this is the floor Bob sweep. Watch all your friends and family stare at Bob with envy. Bob will satify all your (cleaning) needs. Bob will tirelessly work to please you. Bob needs very little attention in return to stay strong and focused. Bob even plays well with the little furry ones. All joking aside, I own 2 BobSweep vacs and 2 ecovac deebots. I used to Love my deebots, but once i upgraded to WiFi 6 they became nearlt useless as they cannot pair with app anymore. Bob also had this issue, except the pet hair vision version has a camera, and the app allowes you to pair via QR code using the camera!!!! Freaking awesome fore thought ppl!! He sweeps amazingly, is no too loud. I love the lieel bugger. My pets love it too, they cats torment my vacuums tirelessly. But Bob is patient and does not eat them, just keeps working. I recommend Bob.

I paid only $200 and It’s very ok for that much money. $899 definitely not worth it. Isn’t perfect but it’s good. 4 star just because of the app. The app is horrible.

Piece of junk. I tried it out for a few weeks trying to figure out how to make it work without getting stuck and charging. Decided it was junk and planned to return it ..... Nope, it has been 16 days from purchase and best buy wouldn't return it. It is never connected to the app which means you can't program or have it clean when you aren't home It turns off randomly around the house It doesn't return to it's base when the battery is low It doesn't map your house. Not worth the price

This is the first robot vacuum I've owned. After researching quite a bit, this brand stuck out based on positive feedback about their PetHair Vision lineup and stellar customer service. After losing a key part for the main brush, I emailed bObsweep customer service and they sent me a brand new main brush completely free of charge (normally costs $30). If you're gonna spend a few hundred dollars, it's well worth it knowing bObsweep will help you if anything goes wrong. As for the vacuum itself, it's a pretty great gadget to have around my apartment. It's not perfect, and unfortunately has a habit of getting caught in random spots when I run it, so I generally need to be home when I run it to restart it whenever that happens. The app works flawlessly so I can use the remote start features and see where bOb has swept, but again, this feature is unfortunately not practical since the vacuum tends to stop/get stuck mid-cleaning and I need to manually give it a nudge and reset it. With some fine-tuning, I really think this would be the best robot vacuum for the money. Overall, I'm satisfied with this as my first robot vac, and will definitely be keeping an eye on newer models that bObsweep releases.

It’s a good product. Does the job. No remote just WiFi and app enabled. App is basic but then again it’s just a robot vacuum. Would only purchase on sale. Good for a quick job.

Bad battery and horrible mobile app

Bought the device and was so excited, but has not lived up to the expectations. 1. It says you can plot the map of the rooms and floors and say where to vacuum, but can't even log in to the app. The app is horrible. If I can't login, how am I going to use it and what does the Wifi connected mean at all. 2. The battery is horrible, it drains very quickly and can't even do one room. 3. I have left it in charging for 5 days and even then the battery is not full.

Looks - definitely an attractive device App - the connectivity between the app and the device almost never works. I have to reset the app virtually every time I use it. This means things like programming for specific times is impossible. Very inconvenient Cleaning power - does a pretty good job. Not brilliant, but good enough Coverage - it struggles to cover off all areas. I have watched it work and it tracks where it has been quite well, but I don’t see any evidence of it using anything more than bumping in to things to navigate Overall - I got a great deal, but I would not buy again

It did not sync to the BObsweep ap, but that’s ok. I pick it up to get it going in each room which works well as I empty the filter after each room anyway. Empty filter frequently for best results.
