Bobsweep Pet hair vision

I've found that it goes over the same area multiple times and sometimes misses others. Sometimes I will pause it, pick it up, and move it to another part of the house. Fits under my sofa and chair too - the first time that's been cleaned in who knows how long! I got it on sale, so for me, it was a great value

Before we bought this vacuum, we would vacuum every two weeks or so, just laziness, now we vacuum every other day always picking up a good amount of pet hair,( 3 dogs and 2 cats worth) and dirt, our carpet is noticeably cleaner. It vacuums in a straight line pattern for effective cleaning. It does get stuck under the couch, but only when someone is on the couch. It does run into most of our furniture, but it maneuvers around it. I paid 200 on a deal of the day, definitely worth it, no way I could afford 900 for a robot vacuum anyway.

First one I received didn’t work- contacted BObsweep and they were able to replace mine right away. The second one that came in works perfect. This has literally cut down my cleaning time by about 4 1/2 hours a week! I have a border collie and the fir was everywhere- this has truly simplified my life in the best way. Get one!

Had a few issues in the beginning but customer service was easy and very helpful. We have 4 large dogs and this really helps maintain the hair. It does get stuck from time to time but it very nice to turn it loose and do other things while it runs.

Bobs a good little robot

Unfortunately he did have a problem and wasn’t moving about. I was surprised when I called into the help line and someone answered. 1st they sent me a battery right away and when that didn’t fix it they had me send it in. Sent back to me in a few days looking new again. Bobs ok with me
