Gets stuck, lost and loses Wi-Fi
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had this vacuum for almost 2 weeks and I had to return it yesterday. It cleaned well when it worked, but it always managed to get stuck, get lost going back home and it seemed to lose Wi-fi connectivity a few times a week. I'd get home and there it was in the middle of the living room stuck, with the brush spinning. I have no rug, no stairs or hard obstacles for it to get stuck. My house has either laminate flooring or vinyl planks so it's pretty east to get around. I had a DeeBot for a little over a year and that was AMAZING. I just got tired of having to constantly troubleshoot the thing so I decided to return it. Like I said, when it works as it should it cleans well. It doesn't come with a control and the App is pretty much useless.

Good Value, Poor Performance
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have tried three different budget smart vacuums. This did a fair job. It cleaned the floor, which is really its main purpose. It didn’t do a great job on the carpets, especially with dog hair but it did do well with crumbs and normal debris on the hardwood floors. It had the hardest time docking. I don’t think it ever docked on its own, I had to manually re-dock. My favorite thing about it was how quiet it was!! But overall, I just wasn’t impressed with how muchy money it is for the performance. It was since been returned and replaced with a Roomba 675, which docks in its own and has a super easy app.

Cool at first, not so helpful now
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Quality of performance has clearly diminished in a short amount of time. I bought this 4 months ago and while things started out great I become less impressed by the day. Initially, it brought me unreasonable joy to watch the vacuum - we named him Carl - zip under my couch and back out. "Oh, did Carl just boop a wall and turn around? Precious. Did Carl vacuum up all he could and stop in the middle of the floor because his canister is full? Well, done, Carl." It was easy to get excited about the cool robot vacuum. I was so enchanted I didn't even care that it never connected to wifi and has never been able to map my house. When Carl runs, despite having no logical map or pattern, he does collect a good amount of pet hair and other small refuse. However, he's is really finicky about charging only when aligned very specifically on the charging prongs; as of late the vacuum never seems to have enough battery to even run through a room in my small home. Nowadays this is a waste of space on my floor, as he never charges adequately enough to actually function. Glad I picked this up as a deal of the day. Definitely not worth full price and arguably not worth the sale price either.

I was excited of the purchase but was disappointed
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bad mapping of the house. It never finishes. Also it slams into the furniture or any obstacles. Poor job at avoid object. You can't leave it unattended. But it actually clean good. It just never finish mapping the house so I can't add boundaries. Supposedly goes for $899 but was on sale for $199. Yet not worth the $899 and maybe the $199 but I can find better for $199 that don't get stuck.

Has to be baby sat, loses its way.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This thing works fairly well as a vacuum. It fills the dust bin pretty well but it misses areas. I have two rooms of carpet and the rest is vinyl plank with 2 area rugs. It seems to build a map every time it runs and gets itself off-track each time. Relocating the machine has helped some but its not good enough. The map on the phone doesn't match where it is quite often and gets worse the longer the machine runs. One time when my iPhone decided to download a new version of the app, the robot quit. It seems to be totally dependent on the app. I reopened the app and the robot started again but the map of where it had cleaned was gone. The disappearing map has happened at least one other time. After 4-5 runs it has yet to stop cleaning and find the charging station on it s own. Its gets lost and I have to pick it up and move it to about 5 feet from the charging station, then it finds it. You can't make it do specific areas. The app allows preset cleaning times but only at 10:00AM on whatever days you choose. Thankfully I did not pay full price for this thing. I'll keep using it but I can't leave it on its own. The app, the robot and its programming need a lot more work. Do not pay full-price for this!

Cleans great, connects - no.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This little guy cleaned pretty dang well, but... it would never connect to my wifi. I have the required connection speeds and devices and as many times as I tried, which included using the videos from the manufacture, other user's videos, and contacting support - I could not get it to work. So... I returned it. It kind of defeats the purpose if it won't connect to wifi, because it doesn't learn your home, and you can't automate when it comes on or where it goes.

Started Well
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was very excited to get the bot and start using. Worked well for about a month and then started to not be able to find its base station. We would have to pick it up and take back to charge. After a couple days of that it decided to no longer turn on. We took it back and went with another bot. Only reason I’m giving it any stars is because when it worked it actually did really well. Kept the dog fur cleaned up nicely.

Not for me
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wanted to love it but often found it dead in the corner or other strange spot. Unit was suppose to return to base when battery was low but didn't. Speaking of the base, when the unit was seeking to return it often became confused as how to get there and took longer to dock than it exactly cleaned the floor.

Just OK
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Looks - definitely an attractive device App - the connectivity between the app and the device almost never works. I have to reset the app virtually every time I use it. This means things like programming for specific times is impossible. Very inconvenient Cleaning power - does a pretty good job. Not brilliant, but good enough Coverage - it struggles to cover off all areas. I have watched it work and it tracks where it has been quite well, but I don’t see any evidence of it using anything more than bumping in to things to navigate Overall - I got a great deal, but I would not buy again

Not that great!’
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this a year ago, just for cleaning a small area and my 3 x 5 rug. The first month stop charging. I call for support and they sent me another charger. This charger was a different design and the vacuum doesn’t recognized it. It cleans great the tiles, but not my 5 x 7 rug . Great for tiles, not for a dark carpet or rugs.

Not worth it
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Even on dale for $200 this vacuum is not worth it. It never actually returns tonbase to charge. You have tonplave it there so the charging ports line up. It randomly stops so.youbhave to restart it. Whem it works properly it does an ok job but its not worth the other headaches.

Doesn't work on wearing carpeting
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked great on new carpet, tile and wood floors. The rooms which have carpet that is starting to wear it is terrible. I returned because it would only work properly in two rooms of my house, the room with the newest carpeting and wood floor. I would consider purchasing again when I get new carpets.

Cleaned Well Would Not Pair With Wi-Fi
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Did GREAT with Pet Hair, However after working with BObsweep and my internet provider for 4 days, gave up on trying to pair it with Wi-Fi. Do not know what the problem was. Will say that the pairing process is not simple. It is not as intuitive as it should be.

Gets stuck under counters and coffee table constan
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Without exception this vacuum gets stuck under the counters in my kitchen everytime. In order for this not to get stuck I'd have to install molding under the perimeter of the cabinets to keep it from going under it. It's the perfect size to just barely get under the cabinets but then not be able to rotate out from under them. I was hoping that a software update of some kind would help with this and i haven't seen it come through yet. I've had it for quite a while. If it was a bit shorter or taller this wouldn't happen. Maybe an update will come through eventually.
