This is Bob, this is the floor Bob sweep. Watch all your friends and family stare at Bob with envy. Bob will satify all your (cleaning) needs. Bob will tirelessly work to please you. Bob needs very little attention in return to stay strong and focused. Bob even plays well with the little furry ones. All joking aside, I own 2 BobSweep vacs and 2 ecovac deebots. I used to Love my deebots, but once i upgraded to WiFi 6 they became nearlt useless as they cannot pair with app anymore. Bob also had this issue, except the pet hair vision version has a camera, and the app allowes you to pair via QR code using the camera!!!! Freaking awesome fore thought ppl!! He sweeps amazingly, is no too loud. I love the lieel bugger. My pets love it too, they cats torment my vacuums tirelessly. But Bob is patient and does not eat them, just keeps working. I recommend Bob.

I got this Bob for my upstairs rooms. I already have a bobsweep vacuum for my living room and gwtting this was an upgrade to my old one. I love how convenient this little gadget it, helps with getting the floor done - carpet and tiles. I love the feature that you can control this via phone, I can have the rooms vacuumed even before I get home. I love that when it vacuums it is not as loud. This is a must robot vacuum to have at home.

Mr. Bob is great. I have been using Mr. Bob every other day for about 2 months now without a problem. Mr. Bob picks up everything in his way. He goes over thresh holes with no problem and continue to his next room. Don’t know how I made it without him. Mr. Bob lays out his mapping and go to work. He’s awesome at getting the corners also. Highly Recommend!!!

We really enjoy our Bob robot vacuum! Bob does a great job on my living room carpet. It also sweeps my kitchen and dining room floor well. The bObsweep customer service is great. I have a problem with the dustbin, and I was quickly sent a replacement. I definelty recommend The bObsweep robot vacuums!

Best purchase EVER! I have indoor/outdoor pets- a dog and 2 cats, and was constantly sweeping up fur and dust. I was so tired of it, never feeling like I made any headway. BOB has been A-Mazing! He makes my life easier and my house dust-free.

I had an older Neato vacuum that unraveled a sweater whose sleeve was hanging on the floor and we didn't get along after that. I was getting tired of seeing the cat hair and my long blonde hair escapees on the wood floor in the sunlight, so when the bObsweep PetHair Vision came on sale, I went for it. WOW! It goes everywhere and cleans under all my furniture. It's a little scary how many dust bunnies party under my couch. It's easy to clean and satisfying to see how hard it's working. And, if I can't find it, I just check the navigator on the phone app. How cool is that! I just got one for my son too. He has a long-haired dog and cat. The dog still tries to tell the device who is boss and the cat ignores it, but they all seem to be getting along.

Very happy with my new little helper! Has done a great job cleaning our floors and finds his charging base after each cleaning! I recommend him to anyone who wishes to save time cleaning and focus on other things!

We have a larger house, 2 cats and 2 kids. I have had two robots before, one was an older bobsweep (my first), and one is from another brand that I bought after my original Bob retired in 2018 (he served dutifully for 4 years). I wanted a robot with an APP so I didn't get a Bobsweep as at that time they didn't have a model with APP. I later regretted my decision, because my original Bobsweep had so much more suction, which would make a visible difference on carpet. We gave our other robot to my aunt who lives by herself and has only hardwood and we bought this new Bobsweep through a promotion the company was having for Black Friday last year, at only $300. Such a great decision! This model has even more suction, is quieter AND has an App (the app was glitchy at first and would disconnect from the wifi often, but there have been a few updates since and it's perfect now). But what made me write this review is that throughout the many years the company has been great when we needed them: our old Bob went for a repair once, and came back like new, with an amazing note and a bag of chocolate, all at no charge. They are courteous, prompt, and generous. We have had a great experience every time we contacted them.

We love Bob so much. I had first gen for couple of years and last May it stopped working after contacting the company directly they mailed us new brushes and the motor to replace and after replacing these parts did not work they sent us a brand new BoB even though our warranty was expired. BoB really does great job cleaning my floors. I even use it to clean our bedrooms with carpet. It’s supper easy to clean and maintain. I definitely stick with this brand, it’s hard to find a company who are super prompt to respond to your needs.

This is my first robot vacuum. I’ve been researching and shopping robo-vacs to get good quality without spending “an arm & a leg.” I finally purchased this on sale from Best Buy. It has been an excellent choice. Aside from needing some simple Tech support to help me connect to my WiFi (which was painless, quick and successful - how often can we say that about product support encounters), it was a breeze to setup and program (“sweeping” routines). It has been cleaning my main floor (all hardwood, with a couple entry carpets and an area rug) excellently. It goes throughout the 4 rooms/areas, a hallway and a 1/2 bath, navigating effortlessly. It easily maneuvers under the bottom overhang of my kitchen cabinets. It carefully travels under my dining room chairs and tables. It manages to do the carpets, sometimes repositioning itself and angling itself back onto the rug, returning to its auto-sensed pattern. I am amazed! It has exceeded my expectations!

We have only used Bob a few times so far but he is working great. I am surprised by how much he picks up for how little noise he makes. I really expected this vacuum to be louder than it is. We have a husky so he definitely gets a challenge. So far the only negative is that he fell down the stairs once. I was watching when it happened. The first time we used him, he vacuumed up to the edge and then backed up each time after approaching. The safety feature appears to work by gyroscope; he doesn't back away until he starts to tip over the edge. The second time he was vacuuming by the stairs, he decided to try to turn while very close to the edge. During the turn is when he fell. He was lucky in that he only fell down two or three steps and then he stopped. I like that he can go under one of our sofas (the other one doesn't have any clearance). The only tangling issue so far is with the laces on some winter boots. Have to keep shoe laces out of the way.

Love it so far no problema at all . I have bad ashma and this cleans up . I used it everyday . I need a dock where it empties it self.

I have to manage all aspects of housework and with everything that’s going around I decided to reward myself with a robot vacuum, and boy am I glad I did. Every evening when I take my kids out for a walk, Bobby as I call it picks up every bit of hair and mess from floors, under the tables, cabinets, beds and I can track it on my cellphone while it cleans. It’s thin and fits well under our furniture, and not too noisy so the cats are not disturbed like they usually are when I vacuum.

Highly Recommend - Works great - we have two dogs with tile and carpet flooring. Bob transitions the floors without issue. This model can not map the floor plan, but we find the sweeping patterns will cover all the floors in all the rooms. Battery last between 2-3 hours. After 2 years of use, we sent it to the manufacturer for a check-up for a sticky wheel. They went through all the parts and updated and replaced brushes, filters and tires. This without a doubt was a fantastic experience - adding to the overall value and life of the unit.

This is my first robot vacuum. I always wanted one but we have carpet in the bedrooms and I’d heard these have a reputation not to work on carpet. Recently my husband came across a FB ad from this company advertising a great deal for Mother’s Day and we thought to give it a shot. To my surprise this works perfectly on both our hardwood and our carpet! it even sucks more hair out of carpet than our upright does. It’s also not nearly as loud. The only problem is that long hair gets wrapped around the roller brush and we have to clean it often :/

This is my second BObsweep and I love it! The only reason I got a new one is because the first Bob didn’t connect to WiFi . I have a cat and two dogs and it does a great job. My home is 4500 ft.² with hard wood floors and some tile with rugs. It goes over the thick and thin rugs with no issues and does a great job cleaning. I am always amazed at what it picks up and I run it every day. It charges at night and is able to go thru my entire home without needing to be charged before it gets done. It always finds the base when it does need charging. I’m not sure why other people have issues with that, because no matter where it is in the house it will always go the base. It is not perfect, I still have to use the regular vacuum to get in small places it can’t fit and I use a Swiffer under places it can’t get under and around some base boards. You do have to be sure and pick up large objects. If you have a lot of clutter on the floor, it’s not going to work as well. It does get stuck every now and then and needs help getting out. Overall, I am very pleased with the job it does.

I've been using the device for less than a month so it's still very new. I've had to reach out to customer service about a question I couldn't find an answer to online (software update related). They were quick to respond and gave me the correct fix immediately. Overall I'm happy with Bob and impressed with the results when compared to an old Hoover robot vacuum. One feature I was looking for specifically was the replacement battery. The Hoover's was built in so when the battery bit the dust, the entire unit was worthless. That won't be an issue with Bob so I'm hoping to get extended use. The unit has been running great, it's quiet, and connects to Alexa easily. Two thumbs up!

Bob is much quieter than the old iRobot we used him to replace, and he cleans well. He gets around good, and his brushes reach much further. He is good about making direct U-turns to ensure that he is covering the floor in a methodical pattern. We have one dog and three cats, and his pet hair collecting has not disappointed. However, we do have to manage him a bit to make sure he makes it back to the docking station for battery charging but that may be because we haven't figured out the app in full yet. We also have a large house, so that is to be expected. We don't mind this minor amount of management. It's so much easier than having to vacuum everywhere all the time!

We love our new Bobsweep who we named Bob(very original). He has completely exceeded our expectations. He does an amazing job cleaning, handles transitions and corners well and fits under our kitchen cabinets. With 3 cats he is doing a great job on the pet fur. Cats aren’t crazy about him.. He can get focused on going to one area- but does seem to find his way to every part of the room. We just got the mop attachment for this model - works well too! Why didn’t people tell me I needed a Bob - just get it on sale. It’s new so I can’t comment on longevity but so far we are thrilled with Bob!

I already own (and love) a different bObsweep vacuum, so I was really excited to try this “upgraded” one! This Bob is seriously the quietest robot vacuum ever - when we first tried him out, I couldn’t even tell he was in “vacuum mode” because he was so quiet! He does a crazy-good job getting in every corner and covering every inch of my home. I love how he seamlessly navigates between wood floors, rugs, and carpet with no issues. Also, the bObsweep app has changed the vacuum game! It’s so cool to be able to use Bob from my phone. I highly recommend purchasing any bObsweep product, especially the PetHair Vision Robot Vacuum. It’s worth every penny - you will not regret this purchase!
